Of course they don't.

At the moment, Tiger fly to Kuching only. Soon, Miri.

haha

air asia X not applicable. i think.

What happens to Air Asia is their plane runs from lets say 6 to 12 midnight, so the period between 12 midnight to 6 o'clock morning they're parked in the LCCT, maintenance and checks are being run through this period. So eventually if the aircraft delays during its day flight, it will not be felt by the morning flights as there is quite a long hour buffer between those two periods.

Air Asia X on the other hand i think they run non stop, due to their long haul nature, only an hour and a half turnaround time, but should be on time lah, unless the plane rosak again like on the first day the plane went to Perth

Glad to hear that. laugh.gif

hahahaha...really good la you
Emm..i think they lost a million ringgit this year la..

Anyway, poor TS. As far as i know, AA always delay. And since you said that there's no flight to Sibu after 2 days, I think they cant blame you for this. What I really hate about it is when they tried to blame you for such a stupid reason and your lost baggage. Well, hopefully you already get it. One day i have to try AA la.

By da way, when i was in UK, I always using low cost airlines but they are very punctual and the booking through internet is far more easier than AA. Check in counter is perfect. No hassle at all and the service by the crew and ground crew is flawless. But as many people said, is it what Malaysian attitude "Tak APA" ? I think AA should see EasyJet, and other's low cost carrier in UK as an example.  cool.gif

i think you should read again rolleyes.gif
and airasia got 3 flight to sibu daily
i didnt find airasia online booking is very hard, infact mas online booking is even worst nod.gif

Just to update you guys
I got my missing package back today after the airasia service in Sibu helped me!

I would like to give major credit to AirAsia (Sibu branch)
but I would still like to launch a complaint against the AirAsia (KL branch)

i have taken flights with jetstar, MAS and SIA (only once with airasia which was troubleless)...even budget airline like jetstar compensates with complimentary meals and beverages if they are delayed for few hours (lesser than your 8 hours i remember), and they will arrange for a later flight if you are transiting...i am taking airasia soon...just hope it wouldnt be as bad...now i am reconsidering the plan of taking airasia from hk to kl...><

3 hours is seriously OK for transiting a flight
WITHIN the ASEAN region!

u all are missing the point, ts, u did not book a connecting flight but 2 separating flights. even if its the same airline, they dont have to compensate u anything.

even if there wasnt a flight earlier that day, thats just AA's fault for bad scheduling, maybe cause they think few will go sibu after jkt.

u should have chosen a better airline to suit your connecting needs but since u wanted to save a couple of bucks, u chose AA. in the end u get what u paid for.

TS,
an idiot will always blame others because of their own ignorance
or exposure to the world

as i said, even major airlines recommend a minimum of 4 hours for TRANSIT flights
yours not even a transit flight, and you ASSUME "3 hours is seriously OK" and you are PROVEN wrong

advice for you is not stop taking airasia
its
1. go to school
2. listen to ur mama

Refund is a DEFINITE no-no with AA. You can however change the date/person depending what class of fare you paid, again this will involves 'some payment'..

The voucher is for you to have something to eat while waiting for the aircraft to be serviceable! doh.gif

I didn't fly to Melbourne, i flew to Gold Coast but i think it's roughly the same. I sat the night flight so things was much more silent and calm throughout the journey.
i dunno how long i've last sat the economy seat in MAS but i prefer/think that AA is better than the seat at MAS. When i was on the return flight to KL, i had the option of purchasing that potable tv thingi so it was a bore for me and though it was a day flight..i didn't find it noisy and all. Though it seem more busier than the night flight but the service was still okay, no delays.

Just to remind that dun expect too much from a budget airline. Other budget airline might be worse. eg. I flew on Virgin Blue as well, but the plane was much smaller and the seat i felt was quite compact and the ride quite bumpy..very hard to fall asleep in that 2 hours flight!
