BUT, AA changed the kl - labuan afternoon flight (which should fly at 12.50pm) to 7.50 am!!!!! damn it!!! now it crashed with my alor star - kl flight... do they know it affected how many students here with that one change?????? and we have to pay another hundreds ringgit for new ticket... they thought we're rich??? we're only students... if i fly from alor star - kl, i'll arrive at lcct for 7 hours before i can fly to labuan at 6pm... and i'll only arrive at 8.25pm. if your morning flight is from Airasia you can call to complain and ask them change another flight that didn't crash with another flight

Even if it is going to take three, six or 24 hours, I would not risk it for the safety of the passengers,” he said. Azran said affected passengers, both from Kuala Lumpur and Perth, were provided with the necessary assistance such as replacement flights and hotel stays. AirAsia-X had taken delivery of its first A330 on Friday in Toulouse, France. The delivery of the second A330 is expected in mid-December. I just need an alternative company that flies me MOSTLY in these areas 1st - Australia 2nd - Jakarta 3rd - Singapore 4th - Kuala Lumpur 5th - Sibu ............ and ummmm, hopefully not too expensive. But if it's more expensive then AirAsia but better service, I don't mind at all! airasia only worth if you can get their low fare mas worth for anything, you can get refund or change date of travel for free

I nearly thought I was going to crash~ what are you talking about? airasia where got propeller plane they order 200 airbus to replace the old 737, now most their plane are the new a320

By da way, when i was in UK, I always using low cost airlines but they are very punctual and the booking through internet is far more easier than AA. Check in counter is perfect. No hassle at all and the service by the crew and ground crew is flawless. But as many people said, is it what Malaysian attitude "Tak APA" ?
