just to remind, when the aircraft on ground there is no aircond, only the fan running the air. the real aircond on a aircraft can only work when the plane is flying.

ok... i can understand about paying for the check in luggage... BUT, AA changed the kl - labuan afternoon flight (which should fly at 12.50pm) to 7.50 am!!!!! damn it!!! now it crashed with my alor star - kl flight... do they know it affected how many students here with that one change?????? and we have to pay another hundreds ringgit for new ticket... they thought we're rich??? we're only students... if i fly from alor star - kl, i'll arrive at lcct for 7 hours before i can fly to labuan at 6pm...  and i'll only arrive at 8.25pm.

if your morning flight is from Airasia you can call to complain and ask them change another flight that didn't crash with another flight

just wanna ask, is liquids, aerosol and gel are only ban for international flight? this restriction does not apply to domestic flight right?
*
only for international flight, for domestic i not sure. maybe it no so strict
for expensive food in airport, you should blame mahb.
because they rent and management the shop over the airport

delay for airasia is quite common because unlike mas, their plane have to work double shift compare with mas
but atleast the 2 hours delay you can get compensation

they fly to Sibu?
I just need an alternative company that flies me MOSTLY in these areas

1st - Australia
2nd - Jakarta
3rd - Singapore
4th - Kuala Lumpur
5th - Sibu

............ and ummmm, hopefully not too expensive.
But if it's more expensive then AirAsia but better service,
I don't mind at all!
*
airasia only worth if you can get their low fare
mas worth for anything, you can get refund or change date of travel for free

Well, I heard from my fiancee that they just purchased 10 new planes (airbus sized)

But i think they're still using those crappy plane they use in world war 2 for kamikaze to fly in Asia countries.

Heck I rode in one of those planes that still uses propeller as an engine. I nearly thought I was going to crash~
*
what are you talking about? airasia where got propeller plane doh.gif
they order 200 airbus to replace the old 737, now most their plane are the new a320

sigh, better luck next time.

we so called got cheated as well when we flew to perth weeks ago.
they gave us another airbus, which is not the one as advertised.

my dad got food poisioning with their nasi lemak as well.

when my parents called me to email them a complain letter,
i felt that its useless.

they said the airbus that we sat,
which is the same one as the eurpore airlines.
bla bla bla.

then, about the food. they said they monitored well when the food is prepared.

in the end, complain to them also useless.

never take AA anymore,  rclxub.gif
unless short journey flight.

there are only 2 a330 in airasia fleet
1 is used before from other airline and another 1 is brand new but smaller space

hahahaha...really good la you
Emm..i think they lost a million ringgit this year la..

Anyway, poor TS. As far as i know, AA always delay. And since you said that there's no flight to Sibu after 2 days, I think they cant blame you for this. What I really hate about it is when they tried to blame you for such a stupid reason and your lost baggage. Well, hopefully you already get it. One day i have to try AA la.

By da way, when i was in UK, I always using low cost airlines but they are very punctual and the booking through internet is far more easier than AA. Check in counter is perfect. No hassle at all and the service by the crew and ground crew is flawless. But as many people said, is it what Malaysian attitude "Tak APA" ? I think AA should see EasyJet, and other's low cost carrier in UK as an example.  cool.gif

i think you should read again rolleyes.gif
and airasia got 3 flight to sibu daily
i didnt find airasia online booking is very hard, infact mas online booking is even worst nod.gif

i have taken flights with jetstar, MAS and SIA (only once with airasia which was troubleless)...even budget airline like jetstar compensates with complimentary meals and beverages if they are delayed for few hours (lesser than your 8 hours i remember), and they will arrange for a later flight if you are transiting...i am taking airasia soon...just hope it wouldnt be as bad...now i am reconsidering the plan of taking airasia from hk to kl...><
*
if delay more than 2 hours airasia will refund rm200 for you. the voucher can use to purchase next flight with airasia brows.gif
