Sweet.. that's cute. Anyone around here know where to get cheap cages for rabbits? The ones where the poop drops into a tray and can clean it out from the tray? Good quality though.

QUOTE(fyire @ Jul 7 2008, 11:57 PM) Something interesting to share here: its still small now later on it could not escape Check out the pic below to have a look a Baby Navi and his cage. The fellow actually managed to run into the cage before when the cage doors r closed, and by squeezing through the bars of the door! |

QUOTE(11Jan @ Jul 7 2008, 06:51 PM) maybe you can check with the vet when you bring Daddy for his pre-neuter checkup.. in humans, drinking a lot of water in certain circumstances (post-accident, etc) is a sign of internal bleeding, the body is losing a lot of fluid and thus drives the person to drink more. but since its already been 2 months from Daddy's surgery, maybe that is not the case.. hehe sorry hope i didn't alarm you Yeah.. and i hope he's ok... pretty scary because he has all symptoms of diabetes... except i'm not not if he is losing weight, bcos he's the smallest and the lightest compare to the 3 kits i have..i just found this: http://www.marvistavet.com/html/overview_o...s_mellitus.html which says excessive eating/drinking/urinating/weightloss could be a sign of diabetes. i have no idea if our vets here are able to test for that.. again, not to alarm you.. i'm just as curious as you are about his drinking habits.. lets see what the vet says it could very well be nothing haha some rabbits just drink more than others .. i guess as rabbit slaves, we tend to get paranoid sometimes Added on July 8, 2008, 12:37 pm QUOTE(jaanu1128 @ Jul 7 2008, 07:08 PM) guys..have u ever seen this photo?? so sweet..i took this from home a pet forum by Yang..its "Chatucak Market" at Bangkok..so cuteeeeeeeeeeee...feel like want to go over there..... hello, guyz.
i have this stupid question. did any of you chain or tie you rabbits? the reason i asked this is because i wan to bring my bunnies to a nearby park. and let them roam free while i do my jogging there. but the problem is i scare they will run away and i will have hard time catching then back. i was thinking of maybe tie them to a rope. anyone have better suggestion. currently, they are playing in my house. so first time in the park should be fun to them. |

QUOTE(adriel_heresy @ Jul 8 2008, 03:36 PM) hello, guyz. tie yr buns up is not really a good idea, u might want to bring along the play pens and put yr buns in the play pens for them to explore in the field, well...the more play pens u have, the bigger space u can provide to yr buns........ i have this stupid question. did any of you chain or tie you rabbits? the reason i asked this is because i wan to bring my bunnies to a nearby park. and let them roam free while i do my jogging there. but the problem is i scare they will run away and i will have hard time catching then back. i was thinking of maybe tie them to a rope. anyone have better suggestion. currently, they are playing in my house. so first time in the park should be fun to them. |

Yeah, was about to suggest play pens and mei leng already posted.
I have seen people using a HARNESS specially for rabbits but I personally feel that it is not a good idea to tie the rabbit because when he/she panics and struggling may cause injuries.
