I don't think so, because the AirAsia Big reward is according to the account name, for example buying tickets with other name not entitled to Big Points.
So for different Bigpay account name, it won't allow you to tie to different Big account name.
Anyway you can try as after you enter the Big account, they got a team to verify before it shown up in your Bigpay apps.

No need to wait for PBB to charge u, u just need to lodge complaint to BigPay..

For my case, i give them the screenshot of my OTP received showing the time n card last 4 digit. n next day Bigpay do back end top up..

update: after email sent at 606pm, i checked my bigpay app, finally received RM100, it was received at 601pm tpday, hmm it shows as refund though, and 2 big points not given

just noticed can't capture screen of bigpay app, DRM protected, lol

Not being able to screenshot the bigpay app makes it a pain to report issues... Previously I used a friend's device to take a photo of the screen lol.
