All the while I had no issue with paying through BigPay in Shopee. However, yesterday I had encountered failure for first 2 attempts (The payment straight failed without re-directing to OTP Page). I wait for 5 minutes and tried for 3rd times and it is successful.

My Shopee transactions using BigPay sometime need to do few attempts before it succeed.

looks like some issue yesterday night, no 3d secure tac verification prompt. Just now try again, got tac verification, and got success email notification within 30mins.

i top up bigpay rm100 x 6 times, the 4th time after input OTP, bigpay app keep on loading then its shows top up not done.

called bank and confirmed was charged, then i called bigpay, was told to wait till the end of the day for the amount to reflect, if not reflected, contact bigpay again by email to provide card transaction record.

3 failed retail transactions at the mechant (NOT HONOUR).
2 REVERSED but 1 PENDING (credit deducted) at BigPay APP!
Look like BigPay is not stable this morning.

Then have to make to do without PPL lo. I have live without PPL access and I am still alive. You want PPL access, pay lo. RM50/year is bloody cheap for PPL access. One time entry already > RM50.

Use what card you need only.

i use bigpay just now to pay bills at www.paymentgalaxy.com, successful

I don't want to argue much on this but this is based on individual's preference. I like to maximize my benefits and of course if that happens, we will cancel our cards and keep only useful cards.

Too early to speculate that RM50 annual charges by the govt, just use while we still can. If cards are really useful to me, i don't mind paying RM50 or RM4+ per month while enjoying max RM30/50 cashback. Somemore current landscape is kind of different from last time, i.e. electronic payment is much more emphasized now.

To original of imposing RM 50 per card is to curb escalating domestic household debt.

Key in the name of the card for BigPay follow the number of the card (0000-0029-9XXX) below expiry date or your full name in NRIC?

From yesterday until today, i cant made payment with BigPay in Shopee, keep server error until card suspected and add BigPay card in Shopee also error, i guess i put the card name wrongly.

my attempt this morning, was failed with "unable to process" status, no tac.
i just tried again, no tac also, so i expect to be failed tx again...
you got your tx succeeded ?

yes success with tac verification this morning. Got email notification say payment approved within 30 minutes time.

Just reloaded 2x rm500 for BIGPAY using PBB VS n QM, smooth as silk, no problem.

is PBB VS card can get cash back if topup to bigpay?

consider online transaction. yes.
