Not all terminals will show dual currency. Often it will just display the local currency. I'd caution users to check the conversion used, they might not be attractive in the local currency.

ID verification is a option that retailers may choose in case they have any doubt of the cards you are using.

Wake up this morning and noticed that there are 2 unauthorised transactions has been made to my BigPay card..

Again the merchant is GCRTA Passport..

Already called to BigPay to freeze the card..

why need to call?

Called for dispute as well.. they sent me a dispute form to fill in..

For some online transactions, just need card 16 digit, expiry date & CVC will do. No TAC required..

lazo diamond. she did delete the photo in front of me, but i'm hoping it did not get sent to others already at that point. hopefully there are no issues but perhaps bigpay needs to make themselves better known among local retailers to prevent this from happening again - i myself didn't know beforehand that we are supposed to select TUNEMONEY whenever we select the card's issuing bank using online payment gateways. for instance, banks like ambank does not include TUNEMONEY in their list of banks for balance transfer destinations too.

I own 20+ cards and have only had a fraudulent transaction once in the past 10 years in my MBB Amex.

You can buy from Amazon without the need for CVC/CVV

Why don't you reset your phone and be more selective in the app that you install? Checking out the phone could be more tedious than a hard reset to the phone.

I agree with the members that your problem is happening rather too often within a short span of time.

For example FAVE.
