Applied via app last week 14/4, received the card yesterday. Pretty smooth. Quite disappointed unable to maximise the PB Cash4U for this card.
Anyone confirmed that top up BigPay not entitled to this promo yea?Prepaid Cards BigPay (with Mobile Application) V1, Prepaid MasterCard - CashBack & BigPoint

QUOTE(sendohz @ Apr 23 2018, 01:28 PM) It's reflected in the AIA online portal where i register for autopay. How do you change to BigPay at AIA Online? I didn't see any option available to change auto debit option.During registration i select Other and wrote BigPay, then now in portal it's showing CIMB with my masked big pay last four digit card number. Every early of the month just top up. Similar to the practice of paying my insurance premium online. Set reminder |

QUOTE(sendohz @ Apr 24 2018, 09:39 AM) Go to aia.com.my and then head yo 'My account' Got it. Will be charged RM1 pre-auth right? Not yet familiarize with this new layout There will be three selections to view, select 'My payment' (middle) Then it will list down the insurance you have. Then just scroll to either one of your insurance plan and on the right side there is option on 'Update Credit Card' Then just follow the instruction! Between, how long does AIA take to update your credit card details shown in the auto debit? |

QUOTE(cybpsych @ Apr 24 2018, 06:38 PM) saw that too. Yes. True. I had both PBB VS & Quantum MasterCard. I got online cash back for top up BigPay done in early of April as well. same issue with pbb vs, reported no cb for Feb too (but gotten cb for Mar). interestingly new reports this month gotten cb for Quantum. let's see if yolo's mar cb has similar results, if the results consistently not eligible, can close case already |

QUOTE(hebe87 @ Apr 24 2018, 08:40 PM) So means you already got 6% Cash back for online under VS, 5% cash back for online under Quantum Master right? Yes. QUOTE(cybpsych @ May 25 2018, 05:10 PM) this is part of BNM's eWallet requirements .... the whole registration process is called KYC (know your customer/client). it's also meeting the AML/CFT requirements to record ewallet users. the details is dependent on the wallet size provided. Wow, seems like you know quite a lot on ewallet. In your opinion, which one is the best in the market right now?with bigpay's eWallet size of RM10k, more information is required such as NRIC/passport and selfie (to proof you are a LIVING person!) other ewallet with smaller size, e.g. RM150 or RM200, there's no need for these verification. you can try compare with other ewallet services, e.g. boost, fave, kiple, vcash, payfy, etc all are almost identical on the registration process. the amount of details required differs depends on wallet size. |

QUOTE(bbhing98 @ May 30 2018, 02:00 PM) Hi guys, I'm trying to link the card to my PayPal account and pay someone via USD. USD 800 or SGD 800?Is there any way to bypass the cross border fee by PayPal by utilising the 0% fee from this card? I tried paying $800 directly from the card via PayPal and was charged rm2475, that's 3% cross border fee by PayPal. |

QUOTE(fairylord @ Jun 1 2018, 04:09 PM) According to BigPay: Unless they practise pre-authorized amount. I think their concern is your prepaid card had not enough balance to pay when you arrived your destination. This will create a lot of operational headache.Grab has blocked all prepaid cards from their app... If you want Grab to accept BigPay cards, please let them know via the form that's accessible at the bottom of this page: https://help.grab.com/hc/ms/articles/115014...to-add-my-card- |

Actually if we withdraw cash from ATM, BigPay is earning? Because if we use others bank debit card to withdraw from different bank ATM, charges is RM1 while BigPay charges is RM6. The different of RM5 goes to BigPay?

QUOTE(ClarenceT @ Jun 11 2018, 12:35 PM) BigPay uses Mastercard network, not MEPS ATM network (RM1), not sure about the cost to BigPay for each cash withdrawal. Assume the withdrawal cost to BigPay is RM1 and they earn RM5. Lowest amount of ATM withdrawal is RM1,500 (Non-Cash Deposit machine). So RM5/RM1,500 = 0.33%. Erm.. they still far from breakeven.. How long they can sustain on this? Haha.. Also BigPay's cost for each Top Up is 1.1% (max), so if they charge >1.1% (higher than RM6) for each cash withdrawal then BigPay may only break-even. So not too soon BigPay will begin charging Top Up by using Credit Card, once they merge Big and BigPay. If let say they charge not more than 2% fees on Credit Card top up, many people still will use it I think.. |

QUOTE(chonghe @ Jun 18 2018, 08:08 AM) All the while I had no issue with paying through BigPay in Shopee. However, yesterday I had encountered failure for first 2 attempts (The payment straight failed without re-directing to OTP Page). I wait for 5 minutes and tried for 3rd times and it is successful. |
