Applied via app last week 14/4, received the card yesterday. Pretty smooth. Quite disappointed unable to maximise the PB Cash4U for this card.

It's reflected in the AIA online portal where i register for autopay.
During registration i select Other and wrote BigPay, then now in portal it's showing CIMB with my masked big pay last four digit card number.
Every early of the month just top up. Similar to the practice of paying my insurance premium online. Set reminder 

Go to aia.com.my and then head yo 'My account'
There will be three selections to view, select 'My payment' (middle)
Then it will list down the insurance you have.
Then just scroll to either one of your insurance plan and on the right side there is option on 'Update Credit Card'

Then just follow the instruction!

same issue with pbb vs, reported no cb for Feb too (but gotten cb for Mar). interestingly new reports this month gotten cb for Quantum.

let's see if yolo's mar cb has similar results, if the results consistently not eligible, can close case already

this is part of BNM's eWallet requirements .... the whole registration process is called KYC (know your customer/client). it's also meeting the AML/CFT requirements to record ewallet users. the details is dependent on the wallet size provided.

with bigpay's eWallet size of RM10k, more information is required such as NRIC/passport and selfie (to proof you are a LIVING person!)

other ewallet with smaller size, e.g. RM150 or RM200, there's no need for these verification.
you can try compare with other ewallet services, e.g. boost, fave, kiple, vcash, payfy, etc all are almost identical on the registration process. the amount of details required differs depends on wallet size.

Hi guys, I'm trying to link the card to my PayPal account and pay someone via USD.
Is there any way to bypass the cross border fee by PayPal by utilising the 0% fee from this card? I tried paying $800 directly from the card via PayPal and was charged rm2475, that's 3% cross border fee by PayPal.

Prepaid card can be overswipe and no issue with GE payment

ya will do.. but the AIA insurance bill is RM9900. if the terminal cannot process prepaid card then its difficult for me to do with the RM9900 in bigpay card, haha

BigPay uses Mastercard network, not MEPS ATM network (RM1), not sure about the cost to BigPay for each cash withdrawal.
Also BigPay's cost for each Top Up is 1.1% (max), so if they charge >1.1% (higher than RM6) for each cash withdrawal then BigPay may only break-even.
So not too soon BigPay will begin charging Top Up by using Credit Card, once they merge Big and BigPay.

how come got unauthorized transaction without your card and tac?

I have RM2k in my bigpay balance. I don't know what to spend them other than withdrawal through ATM.

a waited around 10 days for it to be reverse. mine is RM2 verification when adding card to Fave.

when no worries it will eventually be reversed.
