Applied for bigpay 2 weeks ago.
Called up last week Wednesday to inform havent get card so they proceed to replace the card and resend. Then i tell them to change the delivery address to my home since the delivery only drop off mailbox. Took them until yesterday only manage to approve the address change and until now my card havent reach me. Anyone know anyway to topup the card even without getting the card yet? Should i click “received my card” even without receive it yet so i can top up the card? My MBB Barcelona quota for this month havent touch yet so want to use it to top up bigpay lol |

Anyone else facing the problem where it seems like the app can't connect to the internet(after update)? using maxis 4g now, tried restarting phone several times, the app still loading. tried to sign out and relogin but it says ""check your connection to access your account". i'm using my phone data to type this post right now lol.

Hi guys, I'm trying to link the card to my PayPal account and pay someone via USD.
Is there any way to bypass the cross border fee by PayPal by utilising the 0% fee from this card? I tried paying $800 directly from the card via PayPal and was charged rm2475, that's 3% cross border fee by PayPal. |
