Hi guys, I just received sms stated my bigpay card should be in my mailbox. However I don't receive anything today. Is it common for u guys to receive sms 1st before receiving the card? Should I wait for a few more days before contacting bigpay?

My friend got this BigPay car after recarding, first delivery went missing that’s y BigPay send new card to him .. but he can’t activate his card after key in the cvv no., call cs n cs asked to delete and reinstall the app, but still same issue.. n now cs said will need time to check.. anyone have same experience, how long will they take to resolve this issue? My friend need to book AirAsia ticket, waiting for so long to get the card but can’t activate ..

they use mail drop... so i put home address instead of office address, coz office admin always slow distribute mails.

Mine was delivered to my office receptionist, not mail drop.

rm20 first reload. on general case, 3 working days to receive card.

the rm20 can be fully utilized later after activation.

mbb fcb vs, yes got cb. kinda late to apply bigpay now and max fcb vs' 10% this month?

yeah, just realised the way to make good use of Bigpay, regret not to explore on Lowyat more often!
