Not yet receive card but upon checking citylink tracking number card alrdy delivered yesterday..

If top up using Maybank FCB VS today (31/5), it will be posted today, so 10% cashback for May.
If top up using Public VS/QM today (31/5), it will be posted on 1/6 (or 2/6 according to Laymark), so it will be too late (for online cashback) if the statement date is today.

So BigPay is using Maybank platform for topup transaction.

CIMB? has this been verified with BIGPAY?

My insurance policy auto debit ....... bank issued I filled up CIMB - successful.

no BigPay official verification, but my shopee transaction shows CIMB in payment record.

CIMB is not the issuer of BigPay card.
BigPay has its own license to provide financial services - prepaid mastercard and e-wallet.
The old Big Mastercard (issued before 1/2018) can be topped up by CIMB CASA/CDM or FPX from other banks.
(So a lot of people thought Big / BigPay is from CIMB)
The new BigPay can be topped up by using Visa/Mastercard, but not online transfer.
(So BigPay use Maybank platform to collect the top up fund)

When the old Big card and new BigPay (both 5599-98) merges into a single product, we may not be able to use Visa/Mastercard to top up BigPay, or with a service charge. BigPay is paying card processing fee (up to 1.1%) but we don't pay a single sen, this business model won't work!

Still not able to add BigPay as GrabPay, I lost count how many times I have tried...

Hope my card will not be blocked or Grab will ban my account.

same here. tried multiple times and i gave up. must be some issue with grab. i hope this is highlighted to both bigpay and grab. i did drop them an email but no response.

I gave up as well - and now have the unappreciated side effect of the attempted activation fee not being refunded. Raised it to Grab and the support staff is asking for a bank statement...

Wow. I actually didn't know how many times I tried, probably need to track back my SMS.
I saw some refunded but well, I don't know if all will be refunded.
