Wed - status changed to "In Transit"
Thu - received card before noon, maildrop from citylink. delivery guy called me before dropping the card.

from registration until activation, everything done in-app. super good experience 

should be receiving today. usually after status changed to "in transit", card will be delivered the next day.

now is still early for delivery la, wait till afternoon/evening.

app show card been delivered since 19 May but until now haven't receive the card.

Already call to make complaint and they will proceed with card replacement. Need to wait another one week again.... sigh...

i had this same problem too. they claim citylink delivery has received bad feedback. i told them to stop using them.

Me also have bad experience with citylink.. I still remember that time was my CIMB replacement card. When online checking said delivered. Called to their CS check also said teh same..then no choice called CIMB asked for another replacement. The day after, the card arrived..what kind of service? Zzz

Is there a charge when you top up? RM2 each top-up?

Applied for bigpay 2 weeks ago.
Called up last week Wednesday to inform havent get card so they proceed to replace the card and resend. Then i tell them to change the delivery address to my home since the delivery only drop off mailbox. Took them until yesterday only manage to approve the address change and until now my card havent reach me.
Anyone know anyway to topup the card even without getting the card yet? Should i click “received my card” even without receive it yet so i can top up the card?
My MBB Barcelona quota for this month havent touch yet so want to use it to top up bigpay lol

Tried to use to buy bus ticket on redbus.my but can't. Tried both credit card and debit card method also fail.

Btw, is this card a credit or debit card? Feature wise its a debit card, just wondering in actual when terminal detect it, is it credit or debit card.

If your wife has a smartphone, why doesn't she get a BigPay card for herself? You'd be able to perform the initial top up from your card, and then P2P her money as needed when she gets it?

Last week bought air ticket from AA. Payment rejected but booking confirmed. Today bought movie ticket from TGV and again same problem. Payment rejected but ticket confirmed.

In the end went to CIMB.... 3k

Just received the card. Few things i would like to clarify
The pin code is the 6 digit passcode unlock apps?
So this card i can use it to pay any retail transaction grocery, restaurant etc so long it acceptmastercard?
