In SG no doubt the car is cheaper to buy but it is much more expensive to run. Parking, ERP & petrol just to name a few. Ok, let's get back to Salary discussion. tongue.gif

its the same all across the world. ur good u earn alot everywhere. in Hongkong a maid earns RM1500 a month. so what? the cheapest house cost millions hongkie.

u still have OT with basic above rm2k is nice actually. for me, my OT transfer into AL. now my accumulate AL 49days. worse thing just came up last 2 weeks, new T&C, upon resign, only 15days can be use for notice. damn..thank god AL still can carry forward

Do not ask the interviewer the salary range. You should be aware of this when they called you for the interview. This shows that you did not do any research regarding the job that you have applied. If you really have no idea, depends on how good you sell yourself. It is pretty much doing a business during interview. If you are good, you can manage to "sell" yourself at a very high price. Got what I mean?
