Wah so fast already V3? Time really passed so fast.

LoL, now i only realise we are heading to the last quarter of 2009.

While the next version is coming, our salaries remain stagnant and not in line with the inflations we are having.

Phone & Broadband - rm410
Project/Hardship allowance - rm3800 [in 1 month, there are 2 weeks i need to be at office like usual 9am-5pm then standby from 9pm-9am. Standby here doesnt mean i have to stay awake. i sleep like anyone else but incase of site down(in english, suddenly there is no digi coverage), network operator will call me, then i have to attend & make it on air less than 4 hours. but til now, only 4 times i have to attend after midnight which is lucky, maybe or nowadays system quite stable.]

accomodatation include in project allowance which i pay for a master bed cost me rm400 per mth thats why its call project/hardship allowance
they pay me like this to prevent company have to pay more than they can invoice. For 2G system, in 1 week, average 4 times site down after midnight. u can count how much they claim for midnight OT, mobilization, etc management always dont know what happen on site. so they pay me like this in order to prevent high claim like 2G team but then again, im in 3G

sorry bro..im not under project team now. cant help u lah.. Job like this usually selected by vendor (im selected by Huawei). whoever they think qualify. when i was selected, i need to go through 2 interview with Huawei + 2 exam, 2 interview by Digi. they choose around 200 best perform, final only 2 for penang, 2 for kota kinabalu, 8 for klang valley, 4 for JB. so, dont think bout cheating ur CV. they dont need ur CV

Edit: heh..forget to mention, actually at first they want to send me to KK for rm10K lump sum. then, someone cross my line using inside man. my area got around 80 3G sites while KK only 30.. at my area 80 sites only few times site down, if 30 site + rm10K per mth at KK?? really want to kill that biatch

rm 1500 for bac. degree is a little bit low...futhermore you have 2 years of exp.

some more increment be frozen due to economic down currently.....really really really excuse on it!!!

you can register yourself as a "resident" foreigner (not to confuse with PR)
once you fullfill the criteria, your taxes will be lowered slightly

I'm not too keen on doing development for the rest of my life but the freedom , comfort + good fren with bos at my current company driving me nuts and making me think twice...hmmm...comfort or future? Plus i'm afraid i can't deliver...is it that hard doing 2nd level support? Advices needed guys
