For those who want to ask if they are being bullied in salary or want to share their information, you can follow the format below as a guidance:-

come-on he got so many years experience,
and of coz freelance can earn 3k-4k or more,
mind that freelance hav no epf and benefit and not fix.
If cannot earn better than tat better get a office job.

I get two offer from diference company.

First
Job Title : Electrical Engineer
Job Desciption : maintenance, installation, metering, development.
Years spent in company : just started
Company : Sabah electricity sdn bhd
Industry : utility
Tenure : permanent
Employment Level : under training (6 months)
Experience before joining : 2month in consultant firm
salary : RM 1000 (6 months) if employed RM 2200
working hrs: mon-fri (8.00a.m-5.00p.m)
allowance : none
may be will posting to rural area


Second
Job Title : Electrical or production engineer
Job Desciption : PLC programming ,to make sure smooth production routing.
Years spent in company : fresh
Company : big company produce steel product (MNC company) world wide company
Industry : production
Tenure : permanent
Employment Level : probation
Experience before joining : same as above
salary : RM 1800 3 to 6 month probation, after that will be offered 2 years contract.
working hrs: mon-fri (8.00a.m-5.30p.m)
sat (8.00a.m-1.00p.m)
will have 12 hrs shift when there is production going on.
allowance : OT 1.5 per hour rate
with standard shift allowance
