maybe im a lucky biacth but i work hard & take a risk for it to happen

u still have OT with basic above rm2k is nice actually. for me, my OT transfer into AL. now my accumulate AL 49days. worse thing just came up last 2 weeks, new T&C, upon resign, only 15days can be use for notice. damn..thank god AL still can carry forward

Project/Hardship allowance - rm3800 [in 1 month, there are 2 weeks i need to be at office like usual 9am-5pm then standby from 9pm-9am. Standby here doesnt mean i have to stay awake. i sleep like anyone else but incase of site down(in english, suddenly there is no digi coverage), network operator will call me, then i have to attend & make it on air less than 4 hours. but til now, only 4 times i have to attend after midnight which is lucky, maybe or nowadays system quite stable.]

accomodatation include in project allowance which i pay for a master bed cost me rm400 per mth thats why its call project/hardship allowance
they pay me like this to prevent company have to pay more than they can invoice. For 2G system, in 1 week, average 4 times site down after midnight. u can count how much they claim for midnight OT, mobilization, etc management always dont know what happen on site. so they pay me like this in order to prevent high claim like 2G team but then again, im in 3G

sorry bro..im not under project team now. cant help u lah.. Job like this usually selected by vendor (im selected by Huawei). whoever they think qualify. when i was selected, i need to go through 2 interview with Huawei + 2 exam, 2 interview by Digi. they choose around 200 best perform, final only 2 for penang, 2 for kota kinabalu, 8 for klang valley, 4 for JB. so, dont think bout cheating ur CV. they dont need ur CV

Edit: heh..forget to mention, actually at first they want to send me to KK for rm10K lump sum. then, someone cross my line using inside man. my area got around 80 3G sites while KK only 30.. at my area 80 sites only few times site down, if 30 site + rm10K per mth at KK?? really want to kill that biatch
