This Bkt OUG condo mgmt is really ham ka chan .... and ridicoulous. My car is being clamped eventhough I have pay my maintenance fees up to date and having a valid parking sticker in my wind screen.... the reason my car being clamped is I park at a different bay from what shown in the sticker...
well the case is my original car park bay is being park by a 4wd and I agreed to swap parking with the guy... so now the mgmt demanding me to pay the rm50.00 to open the clamp... this is really f*** up condo.. the mgmt always thinking of way and method to drain up the resident money... The really bad part is.. i have to wait for 35 min for the guard to come over and open the clamped.... Damn poor response.... |

Yes agreed... the mgmt in OUG condo are really f*** up.. all pretend to open tender to repair this and that and always ended up awarded to contractor that have internal cable with the president JMB.. AD YG kih kih kih ..... all also ular besar waiting to strike.... one more which i not satisfy is their staff attitude in the mgmt office .. all like gangster taiko style .. like need to beg them when have queries.. overall not a nice place to stay...

No need talk too much, evidence are always the truth the condo in bad condition right now~hehe The persons those never attend for residence meeting & just talk cock/ keep complaint at here pls shut up ur mouth! Bcoz u nvr contributed ur valuable advices to get the condo environment improve. As an example, the lift wall panel exchange was suggested by me & I keep to follow on the case to chasing them done it b4 CNY for me. The result are awesome & really done it on time. I raise both hands agree that bukit oug looks like old flat.
someone claim bukit oug in demand. with current low selling price yes it is coz u cant get such selling price for a condo/apartment with better location. but, it cant go futher, at least the selling price would never be comparable with other condo due to its bad bad condition and high dense. |
