I was told still have several millions $ not paid up by some of the unit owners yet.
i) Some will paid thru bank actions at the later stage...
ii) As for those current residences that still owning management office monies... please issue
them notice and give them time to react..or else please relocate to apartment else where will less
sinking fees or none..

If I can't affort Persona car, then i drive Saga lah..... i can't affort 500k condo, i stay at 150k condo
lah....if still can't affort ....i need to move to 50k apartment lah...

Those don't pay their maintenance fees for upto 3~4 months , please put their name and unit number
on the notice board , program their access card with "warning sound" to them as reminder.
Sorry friend... if want to stay in this Condo...please prepare and remember to pay maintenance fees
or please consider to relocate. Sorry.

As for painting of OUG Condo, get a 1 off fund collection for all unit holder. Then should solve this issues.

LRT LINE EXTENSION: 17km extension to be completed in stages and expected to be operational by 2014

PETALING JAYA: Work on the first phase of the extension to the Kelana Jaya Light Rail Transit (LRT) line will start next month.

This was confirmed by Syarikat Prasarana Negara Bhd (Prasarana) group managing director Shahril Mokhtar in an exclusive interview with The Malay Mail.

“The rail extension project will begin next month from Kelana Jaya to Lembah Subang to Glomac Business Centre. It’s a 4km stretch for a start.”

The proposed extension project, also known as the LEP, will then be extended further through Subang, USJ and ending at the LRT hub in Putra Heights.

Shahril said the 17km extension will be constructed in stages. “It will be built gradually, over time, after the public feedback is wrapped up on certain alignments and also once clearances are obtained from local authorities as well as the State government,” he said, adding that the extension line will have 13 new stations.

All stations will have the necessary facilities which include lifts, escalators, surau and toilets. They will also be equipped with facilities for the disabled such as ramps, lifts, tactiles, low ticket counters and toilets.

The Malay Mail understands the proposed stations are the only transit ones in the Klang Valley with accessibility for handicapped users.

“LEP will be commissioned by end of 2013 and from our planning drafts, the LRT extension line will be operational by 2014,” said Shahril.

Contract awarded to Bina Putri Bina by Syarikat Prasarana Negara Bhd to construct and complete the Ampang Line extension project for a contact value of RM634 million.

Most probably the MRT map that (with reference to LRT ) is wrong. The confirm station is next to Oug , not next to Kiara Residence. sweat.gif

But for my view, it doesn't impact a lot on Bukit OUG condo, the LRT station still in walking distance. Somemore the resident block 3-6 should be happy because they are no need every day open windows to see LRT passby in fornt of them. laugh.gif

IF really build along the kesas highway, really a nightmare for Kiara, rainz & Z.....because their needed to face the noise+noise+noise. For paying 350psf of condo...it is worth it.... biggrin.gif

Agree not much impact, from 3 mins walk to 6 mins walk . But i still think it's wrong on it as
the MRT map focus on MRT only , LRT line just a rough estimate to show public that there are MRT + LRT... blink.gif

To be sure, better call perssranan to confirm the latest st01 location, how come persaranan so sc*** up by putting the wrong location of the LRT line. Anyone got their phone number ??
