when there is new development around existing condo, especially old condo, it become a big thread to the old condo in terms of rental. unless there is obvious rental figure different between old n new condo, if not, ppl will start moving from old condo to new condo.

If u r the resident there, pls attend the JMB vs Resident meeting which was held every 2nd week of the month. U can blak-blak to them your request and complaint.....I believed that they will act on it. Dun forget we are the King/Queen of the building. HAHAHAHA |

If u want to rent a unit to stay, 2 u want to pay high price at the same location? outsider view is clrearer than owner because they are future buyer. insider like u is keep promoting yr own property. your comparison between bukit oug and kiara is making a big assumption that kiara going to rent to 2200. currently, 1000sqft renting market for that area is only 1500. do u think it going to increase up to 2200 after 3 years? u need to understand that from 1500 to 2200 is about 47% increament. well, another example of showing bukit oug owner is low educated. before this someone was saying another one as "ham yu", which cursing some to die. now another bukit oug owner saying someone is dog. this is public forum. anyone has the rite to give their oppinion. simple as this.
