Vince , i saw 1 bus past thru Bukit Oug , can't remember the number ...any ideal where the bus routes ?

My friend told me that the Bukit OUG condo is currently managed by the Condo’s Residents Association committee members. If this is true, that means the management is a non-profit oriental management and the condo is managed by the residents themselves. If the committee not doing their job well, the residents can change the committee and the committee members are not drawing any salary.

Unlike other condo management, they are making lot of money every month no matter the economy is good or bad, sunny or rainy day, the management taukeh will keep laughing even in their dream because the residents keep supplying RM into their pocket. We can’t deny condo management really is a long term lucrative business.

So, where to find a condo management like B.OUG.

Yes, now the management is running by JMB, if not mistaken the team will consist 5-12 peoples, included developer/liquidator .

This is new ACT which was implemented at 2007

It not only happen in B.OUG Condo, it happen to all the condo/apartment in Malaysia.

Talk about "making money" issue, it is very depending to their personality & professionalism.

Correction JMB and liquidator is two different entity. 1222sf going for 210k already bank value also up

I only know 1 transaction on 233k for 14++sf.

not selling now....still can go another 20 ~ 30% wah.


I waiting Kiara & Z residence complete, by that time their go to 400 ~ 450psf, i think B.OUG easily can reach 220 ~ 250sf gao...
