Rental market pretty hard to say! Some prefer low rent units and some doesn't mind to pay higher rents. I experience before why some units and same area can offer higher rents and still people payfor it. It's about the overall environment and also what the owner offers in their units to the tenants.

If u want to rent a unit to stay, 2 u want to pay high price at the same location? outsider view is clrearer than owner because they are future buyer. insider like u is keep promoting yr own property. your comparison between bukit oug and kiara is making a big assumption that kiara going to rent to 2200. currently, 1000sqft renting market for that area is only 1500. do u think it going to increase up to 2200 after 3 years? u need to understand that from 1500 to 2200 is about 47% increament. well, another example of showing bukit oug owner is low educated. before this someone was saying another one as "ham yu", which cursing some to die. now another bukit oug owner saying someone is dog. this is public forum. anyone has the rite to give their oppinion. simple as this. For those who stay at bktOug, i agree yes its a place with potential. Bangsar was last time a squatter area and now .. Nothing is static. As for those who are not staying here, pls have a bit of respect for others. Even if a farmer lives in a attap roof hut, dont ever belittle others living place. With kl's evolution into strata living place because of large numbers of the younger generation, i would say all highrise residentials are poised to do well. Peace .. |
