This modem should be normal red on link indicator as long as ur internet have no problem, and reached plan speed.

I didn't compare the firmware. I just decompress it to verify the squashfs checksum is correct and add the sha256sum.

Finally got the 1Gpbs upgrade installed yesterday, they gave me black skyworth, and thanks for all the tips here, got it run as bridge mode. Thanks! 😊

Haha was on 500Mbps for god knows how much, then upgraded to 800Mbps almost 2 years back cause I have like 4 person that WFH everyday. Now my bill is almost freaking RM300 while I see people paying 2/3 of it for the same speed fk

Hi, anybodu can confirm by using the latest black skyworth combo modem/router from TM, that means we can use xiaomi router(cannot set VLAN) without using any switch device any more?

Do not terminate, just apply change to SWU plan. Once terminated, there's a possibility the port will be taken by someone on the waiting list in your area.

Actually u can make repeat voice notification to call new number 0xxxccxx when someone call the old number. If they mention NGN Softswitch can't do, ask them why PSTN Alcatel E10 can do it.

Did a quick analysis:
Looks like port forwarding should be working now.
They change to a universal sdk for rtl86900 chipset.
A lot of driver update. Way more than v2.0.3.

Just now TM contractors come to complete the 1G FSU.
But they said their system didn't have the equipment change(CPE) for the modem!!!
And now I am upgraded to 1G without new ONU/ONR...
They said they will report back and send another team to do it again....
How come the TM like this, change 1G should be mean new ONR will be given,but the system didn't have it,so cant change for me...

Update:
Just now they already install the Skyworth GN630V 2.5G ONR,but before they leave,suddenly they just said they need to take back,cant change for me!!!

what is your setup im struggling to reach 1gb even with the skyworth and deco with 2.5gbps

by right you should get a new ONU either the black dlink or the black skyworth which both have 2.5gbe port

what is your package ? what ONU u using ?

I last time got the upgrade RM129 for SWU4.0 but now the price keep going up last I checked it become RM149 then now after renew it become RM159 for 500mbps. Should I complaint? but I get 6months free

Got 1st bill after renew? Should have bill RM0 with your new package even 6mth free.
