Does anyone have upgraded from 800Mbps to 1Gbps ? I'm using Asus AX XT8 mesh router currently... Does this supported with new skyworth modem? Any advise on this matter

Mine's total bullshit as well, RM295.74/month for a plan called Unifi 800Mbps - Value Broadband (MESH 6) and I believe nothing's bundle in as well. Thank god contract ending in April this year.

What make it problem is they sent the upgrade form to unifi users. Will they auto terminate my unifi if I not respond to the form?

I remember mine - RM159 for 300Mbps (? can't remember), bundled with M4 MESH..

with MESH bundle, it was supposed to revert back to lower price automatically after 2yrs are up (you're supposed to basically pay the RMxx for the MESH for 2yrs for the device price)
but NO.. once I saw the 25th month is still with RM159, I quickly visited the TM Point to complain.

Can't get a refund, but I did get the 500MBps/RM119 SWU3.0.

Anyone here use 800mbps with Fiberhome HG6145F3? I want to confirm the upload speed either 200mbps or 100mbps by using fiberhome app. My upload speed is 100mbps using HG6145F3.

I borrow someone's DPN-FX3060V & the upload speed is 200mbps as it should be. Anyone know what maybe wrong?

May i know if the 'link' indicator showing red on the Unifi ONU is considered normal?
Recently the unifi tech replacing the fibre cable in their box due fibre snapped.

check the network link indicator at the front panel of the unifi plus box .. green light means it is connected to a network and if the light turns red, it means that the device is not connected to a network .. somehow in some case, certain modem will still show red even its normally connected to the ISP, have your router replaced

Either in app or website when we click the notification, there's a form which unifi account number in streamyx account column need to submit as response. It not only normal notification.I already use unifi so why should I submit?




Let the system think the users is streamyx user, then force terminated? They should sent the notification to streamyx users only...

you finiding free router by someone dlink its bad and fiberhome also bad
Fiberhome HG6145F3 crap too due unable handle because weak ram and cpu
DPN-FX3060V also unable hit more speed due router problem
not unifi problem hope understand

get buy you own router like tp link or asus need for WAN port 2.5G to get full speed
