Ya lah...The contractor just said he cant do anything,he neeed to report back,and ask another team come again...
And i am worry about later they not giving me the skyworth GN630V 2.5G ONU/ONR.
Just now already done the speedtest with skyworth,can hit 1G+ DL.
Now using existing Alcatel Lucent i240g,speed upgraded but not consistent...
Actual use cant hit more than 900mbps download and 300+mbps upload.
Speedtest on speedtest.net and fast can hit max speed. (Current BTU too old already,more heat than before with 1G even with fan)

Update:
And the most important,because of the higher speed,i am getting more packet lost spikes than before as the BTU cant support the 2.5G Router and 2.5G PC....
I dont want enable QoS /Queue as i should be getting higher speed and not using the same speed as before...

Problem its not rm129 was my original plan 2 years ago suddenly the bill become rm147 maybe after 2 years didn’t notice this because its auto debit now renew become 159 thibking should I complaint

I don have swu, but look like 7th bill will be 159, then discount 30 become 129

white skyworth gn630v & white dlink dpnfx3060v isnt 2.5g if im not mistaken. its 1g right ?
thats why its limited to 940-950mbps
the black skyworth gn630v & black dlink dpnfx3060v is the 2.5g provided for ultra 1gbps/2gbps package

Your original plan is RM129 for 300mbps for 1st 24months.The bill for 25th month no more rm129 but rm139 which total include tax is rm147 then recently free upgrade to 500mbps. Now renew to 500mbps SWU 4.0 extra which also RM139. Right?

Now rm159 is current 500mbps price. For u for 6 months will minus rm159 until 7th month where rm159 waived to rm139 as SWU 4.0 extra price for 500mbps.

RM 129 is before tax, after tax would be RM 139.30
so there is probably some other charges
