Hi guys, I just upgraded from 500mbps to 800mbps and tm gave me the Gpon Ax3000 combo modem/router. I already using my own Asus Ax6000 router. Any step by step guide to make the combo modem/router just operate like modem and I use my Asus router as usual?

log in to router as admin, then select to bridge mode then turn off all the wifi

Yes. I found out a solution. Try to clear your browser history and cache. The surfing speed will restore back to normal.

I tried earlier to set the QOS accordingly. However, the download speed will limit to 50% speed. Without QOS will back to normal download speed but upload latency went up. But Jitter (ms) is fine. Last time before I signed up the new SWU package, this issue never happened. After switched to SWU 4.0 package, this problem happen. Despite I swapped between ZTE and Skyworth router (set as bridge mode), both configuration getting similar outcome. If I use back Skyworth router as main router, both the download and upload latency is fine. It seems like our ISP need us to use the stock router in order to fully utilized the speed.

routing performance: It can't go past 100 Mbps. The CPU is too slow to handle PPPoE on its own.

wifi performance: the default 5GHz driver is a bit buggy. You have to replace it with ath10k instead of ath10k-ct.

Sorry just clarify for lay man like me:
Currently TM implementation of IPV6 is susceptible for security exploit and just by enabling IPV6 dual stack together with IPV4 the user network is vulnerable to such attack thus best way we can do is disable IPV6 until TM somehow come out with proper implementation of ipv6?
