Permanent... And if you're about to apply for it, they have named their package as "Unifi 500Mbps - staywithUnifi 3.0 (MESH 6)" now, instead of Unifi 300Mbps.

Hi Sifu,

Lately I encounter this problem with my Unifi WiFi which FB or IG cannot load.
I am using ASUS router with WiFi 6

Any advice will be appreciated

I need to ask TM about technical matters but their live chat is 300+ queue. My company is using unifi biz pro 800Mbps but now we need to install CCTV so need public IP. Does anyone know if this package provides public IP or even fixed IP?

My friend went to TmPoint to enquire about SWU 4.0 packages. The reception refuse to get him fibre package only and indicates the package needs to come with postpaid plan. Anyone encounter this before?

Yes. Some branches force you to take postpaid plan if you want to switch to SWU plan. You can cancel the mobile plan after one month. Or you can go to other branches where they won't force you to take such deal.

Same like my case. I paid RM39 up front for uni5g.

After everything has been registered & my fibre has been upgraded, I straight away cancel mobile without using it. RM39 refunded within few days.

Seems like troublesome move by TM forcing customer to take postpaid as well. Lucky no contract for that.

I tell my wife to stay with unifi mobile unlimited RM59. Anyone here with bundle home broadband + mobile, is it in 1 bill or separated bill? If u guys noticed that currently mobile no more in myunifi app, back to old unifi mobile standalone app before they forced users to use myunifi app.

* btw I'm old new LYF user. Nice to meet u guys.

even not sold also our data is everywhere as these companies day day kena cyberattack and data leak

my number previously hardly gets none genuine calls or SMS

since Prudential case start lah... call offer personal loan from bank la from whatever so called 'consultant' company la.. call ask for donation to old folks home etc.

To PM someone regarding car problem those days. I was one of earliest-bird users of P1 Wimax, no need to pay RM200 for wimax modem. Btw now better than asking for invitation code for sure 😃

Took leave for few days and all I get is fuckup internet by Unifi... seriously considering moving to 5G

Internet was down for 2 days, then back up for few hours, then down again... not sure wtf Unifi is doing... LOS red light...

I will terminate current plan if it no more under contract & register SWU4.0 broadband only. Broadband only just for new registration. That what I'll do.

If it just to upgrade, I'll do it by myunifi app, no need tmpoint. Fyi guys.. why waste ur time.

Damn, on 25th said 27th restore, then up for few hours before going down again. Check again today, said 28th restore but this morning still down. My lights automation down the drain.

If u get higher plan can diy at portal. Lowest plan RM79 only available walk-in iinm
