Still need to go to Tmpoint to change plan to SWU 4.0. If you terminate that's the end of it. No SWU for new registration

Alternatively switch provider to Maxshit however their cheapest plan is RM89 (SWU 4.0 is RM79) and Unifi will call u to counter offer same plan without need to go thru walk-in

That is what i got earlier, although i ask them to call me back in 1 hour time coz i need to ask parents first and they never called back, so had to walk-in to confirm the termination/switch provider.
Yes, unifi make customer walk-in for termination.

It's been 2 months my package name remain 300 mbps although already got free upgrade to 500 mbps.

Guessing TM won't change package name for current free speed upgrade.

Btw how y'all doing 1 gbps club? Next month the upgrade will happen right?

So you managed to switch to SWU 4.0? I thought SWU 4.0 is just a speculation after the SWU 3.0 promotion over.

I would like switch my current out of contract 30Mbps to 100 Mbps for RM 79.

How do you did it? Just walk in into any TM Point and request?

Yes, but make sure you go to a proper Tmpoint and not those authorise deeler.

the service they are referring to in the whatsapp is my grandparents place
they only have plain old fashioned landline telephone only, no internet

It's not actually incidents of cable theft, just monkeys playing around on the cables and causing damage

Do I have to take any action or can I just ignore this message?

Yes. Ur grandparents must use ONU for phone service. For u can cucuk ur own unifi id when u balik kg
