Yup no internet.. Landline phone with big button is more important for sub-urban old age people, easy to use. For their children yet 'bergayut' with gf by landline phone feeling lain macam dia punya kick compare to hanset. Am i right my fellows Gen X/Y?

Network quality seems worse after free speed upgrade.

Experience video keep buffering, this issue is not there before free speed upgrade.

In public IP somemore, how to solve this problem?

Yep.. after massive mass speed upgrade.. the network 'quality' seems less..

Anyway, shouldn't public ip is the best ip.. so can access own network from outside..🤔

No problem here. If you are using WIFi then make sure the sgnal is good. Or test with network cable.

No problem 800mbps user here.

Yes. It's even less reliable after free upgrade. Thinking to go 5G next year when contract expires.

Right now using celcom home 5g, brought back from office. Can say much much faster and smoother than unifi.

Hi, I am the first SWU 1.0, after speed upgrade now paying rm129 for 500mb. But my package name is still showing unifi 300 basic SWU. If I take SWU 4.0 now. What is the package and promo? Thanks.

mine no problem i think you use free tm router that crappy
mine use my own asus router very stable always full speed 500mbps
video always smooth never buffering so no problem

5G is no good due get ping higher then Fibre and 5G not suitable gaming will chance lag due ping higher
compare fibre always get ping lower and gaming can lower ping smooth

5G wont work P2P Torrent its blocked compare fibre P2P Torrent not blocked but always fully speed max

I think this pricing is for areas with Maxis Own Infrastructure, where they do not ride on TM's Network

The router is TM provided, and yes that seems causing the slowness issue.

Rebooted the router and everything seems ok for now.
I think after long period of uptime the router may made the connection unstable again.

Looks like I will need to invest in a good router to ensure stable connection even after long routet up time.

Sigh...is there a cable issue again? Only lowyat and google website works normally. Every other websites aren't reachable.
