Disable the 2.4GHz in the router and we'll see magic happens...

In the middle of last month I went to change my plan to swu 3.0, I made sure with the TM staff that it was 119 and 6 month waiver, but when this month's bill came I realized the numbers aren't right. Am I missing something? How's everyone's bill after you changed your plan to swu?

My old plan was 139 without the tv packs, only internet, bill dated every 4th of the month.
For the first two lines, how come the pro-rated fee for last month (19 days) is 100.70 and not 75.36?
And the last two lines, why is it 159 instead of 119?

I'm having the same concern. The bill keep reflecting wrong amount. Although there's a waiver I'm still worrieed.

There'll be lots of Rakyat complaining the 1st month bill very confusing....

They should've put RM159 minus RM40 in the bill so that the Kedai TM and Careline are not congested with unnecessary inquiries on 1st month bill ...

Looks like all of us have to wait until the 7th month bill to see if we truly get RM119 per month or not ...

Let the waiting game begins....LOL...in the meantime, start to learn to fill up the MCMC complaints form ...

Fortunately unfortunately, we're in the same ship, let's hope it's not a leaky one.

Wait yours is 249?? What add-ons do you have? Mine's internet only.

My old plan was 139 before the change, so this is right*, (88.03/19 days)x30=139 which only makes it more concerning, showing the right numbers for the old plan but not the new plan? icon_question.gif

* because why does it show 15/11-03/12 and not 04/11-14/11 (before the change), which is what I still need to pay (or maybe not)? I'm so confused man.

Is there anyone who's already at the 7th month or beyond?

RM159 is the original price as per their website right? RM119 for 500mbps was really a good deal. Mine was RM89 for 100mbps as promised by TM Point staff but my first bill showed monthly RM99.

My best guess. They are just being lazy. For first 6 months, they just simply put the original pricing. After all, it's waived, no matter how much figures they want to put in. After 6 months, they will only start to adjust the figures accordingly. I don't think they will be stupid enough to mess up with the SWU 3.0 billing since there's a huge amount of subscribers on this.

As long as the new plan name is correct, then we have good reason to argue if problem occurs.

Somehow your new rm119 SWU 3.0 plan name is different with us. The correct name should be Unifi 300Mbps - staywithUnifi 3.0 (MESH 6). Your current new plan name suggesting that you are subscribing to 500mbps SWU 3.0 RM 159. You better check with Unifi and ask what happened.

Maybe they changed the name again. Mine already using the new name : "Unifi 500Mbps - Home BB staywithUnifi 3.0 (M6)".

Don't think so. If you are subscribing to 300mbps free upgrade to 500mbps rm119, the new plan name should always stick to 300mbps to reflect your original speed.

If your new plan name shows 500mbps from the beginning, then it means your new plan is 500mbps, instead of 300mbps free upgrade to 500mbps.

If unifi really change the name again, then they should be blamed for confusing the customers again and again.

Anyway, as I said earlier, better check with Unifi and clarify. Don't take risk.

It's very simple. The original pricing of of 500mbps (not SWU 3.0) was RM249. When we applied for SWU 3.0 300mbps, the price was RM119. At the same time, we got free upgrade to 500mbps. So our pricing detail will be RM249-RM130 = RM119.

For first 6 months, it's waived. Eventhough the details say RM249 without discount. It's nothing to complain about since we don't need to pay. Even if you kacau Unifi CS, they sure will tell you to wait until 7th month. So just ignore it.

After 6 months, our new price will be stick to RM249-RM130 = RM119. The detail will show the relevant discount. If no, then it's time to complain.

suggestion: write an email to complain of the frequencies the same shit - unplugged) happening, which is maddening because not only this is out of your control and it is causing losses to both sides; your time and money to call and attend, and their time money and manpower as well. insert complaints of mismanagement on their side since it's obvious they don't properly label where they insert their cable, that the same thing kept repeating. also complain about the 100 charges on landline, but back up with bill's screenshot of such allegation.

was thinking about that, thing is it tends to happen at year ends (once a week for three consecutive weeks at its worst I shit you not) while brain capacity is spread thinly over other pressing things, so yeah that’s the excuse I’m gonna go with lmao

Hi, may I ask whether the free upgrade to 500mbps is permanent or it will return to 300mbps later on?
