i also have BTU Huawei noting problem cannot bought BTU

i think FIBER Port TM BOX Outside bad condition
you need report TM to visit you house if speed bad they will go outside TM BOX Port to change new another Port will be back normal

daam he are lucky his was 300mbps to upgrade 500Mbps so now again this year 2024 500Mbps to 800Mbps shocking.gif shocking.gif

mine SWU 3.0 300MBPS RM119 instant Free upgrade 500Mbps RM119 with 6 month Bill Free since 7 November 2023 for SWU 3.0

how possible to get 800Mbps for 2024 this month cry.gif

I live chat TM on 8/1 (roll out in stages, jan to July, blah blah) then waited till 7/7 and live chat again. Got the upgrade on 31/7.

Made the complaint in June. TM replied saying I am eligible and need to await call from TM to replace CPE. MCMC closed the case. Filed a second complaint today.

I’m also in an ongoing battle via MCMC ticket. TM already ticked resolved twice and replied their standard answer that it will be done in phases. I appeal and reopen back the case twice as well.

Please ensure that your ticket remains open until you have received the promised speed upgrade. If they (Telekom Malaysia) attempt to mark your case as resolved prematurely, utilize the appeal function to keep the ticket active.

Keeping the ticket open for an extended period will eventually attract the attention of personnel from the MCMC. At this stage, TM will make every effort to resolve the issue appropriately.

You may refer to the example below, where an MCMC personnel responded directly to my ticket.

Why we have this weird completed status when consumer not even receiving yet? What is the logic in the whole process? This is so wrong.

Exactly. And the way they spoke to me over the phone made it seem like they were saying "Lepas kami send order dekat supplier, not our problem anymore"
