And the cost of copper is getting higher hence why TM is taking some time to get them replaced as they would rather plan for Fiber replacement instead of reusing copper

laihuhng If you plan to ask TM to configure the ONU into bridge mode, please be aware that they may charge you, as it is not considered an issue with TM.
The request for a change to bridge mode should be submitted by the customer during the ONU replacement process, not afterward

Moreover, the helpline agent is unlikely to possess any information on this matter, so it's crucial to prepare beforehand

soonwai Have you ventured into configuring the DLINK ONU for bridge mode? I'm hopeful that someone with expertise on this can enlighten us with the process in the future

It's an actual 8K TV but that's not the TV that TM is offering
Because the 8K TV only comes in 2 size: 60" or 70". Whereas TM is offering a 65" TV

It's April now, and I'm still waiting for the upgrade from 800Mb/s to 1Gb/s.
Perhaps it's time to escalate the matter and raise a ticket with MCMC.

All users with 800Mb/s subscriptions should follow suit. Increasing the number of support tickets for the same issue heightens the probability of MCMC's attention, rather than TM leisurely addressing the matter.

First response from TM in MCMC portal regarding my 800Mb/s to 1Gb/s speed upgrade.
Will follow up if there are further updates.
