Hi guys, how to check if I am stil under contract?

Anyone on 800mbps still haven't receive free upgrade to 1gbps? I complained to MCMC but still no change.

Made the complaint in June. TM replied saying I am eligible and need to await call from TM to replace CPE. MCMC closed the case. Filed a second complaint today.

Hi guys, made a complaint again to MCMC on 12/8 mentioning that I had made a complaint for speed upgrade from 800mbps to 1gbps not yet done. So I was contacted by TM that I will have an appointment made to replace my CPE for speed upgrade but as of now no news on appointment. I keep filing appeal for my complaint as TM keep mark the case as resolved but unfortunately today the case was closed automatically by the system. Do you think I should file another complain until I receive my speed upgrade?

Just received the speed upgrade to 1gbps from 800mbps. Possible to request for the 2.5gb port onr?

Hi sifus here. I have the 1GBps Unifi plan but am currently using the Fiberhome HG6142A GPON ONU. TM technician did give me the Black ONU with 2.5G ONU by Dlink but did not setup for me. I tried setting up by setting it in GPON Router mode and inserted my ppoe details, ploam password and also voip password from the Fiberhome ONU but still no Internet. Can someone help me to see where I am wrong? Thank you.
