Thanks. so i'not the only one. wonder can i just unplug the all dlink cable and plug it back the fiberhome modem and use it? or do i need tm team to do some setting?

I'm the one affected with that.When I plug my old modem not worked TM technician came and changed to Skyworth combo box . But I keep and resetup and re use Fiberhome modem and live with 940mbps. So far no issues speed also consistent

Mine they said when they changed black box my profile binded with new combo box so they reset back. But others can reuse their old modem without setup by plug fiber cable. Try it if works means luck

Yes another user (RViN) here has the same problem with the black onu. I have the problem with my white ONU.

I changed a setting in my mikrotik router, enabled multi-queue-ethernet-default on the hardware interface.

I thought the problem was solved, it lasted 4 days, but I checked just now, the speed is down to 300/100 again.

LIke yourself, restarting the ONU restores the speed

That site is using the Unifi Biz 1gbps plan

have to keep restarting the modem every 30min coz the speed drop to around 100mbps only. something is wrong with dlink black box thing. technician got no solution to this.

if use back fiberhome as modem (instead of the black combo), the max speed:-
wifi - 700+-mbps
lan - 800+- mbps

are these speed consider normal due to hardware limitation? tq

Mostly hardware issue I give back black box to TM and re use fiber home modem no issue.

weird. Even with fiberhome u should be able to get 960 on lan.

LAN 930Mbps down 550mbps up
WIFI 850 to 900Mbps range

940Mbps max over 1G LAN, and depends on OLT. So maybe his area OLT is like Huawei where their OMCI control quite stringent with universal ONT

Can only maybe escalate with TM and complain to have them do configuration on their side accordingly

I used to be on Alcatel OLT and could pull well in excess of >1020Mbps DL and 500-600Mbps UL but now at my new place under Huawei OLT, rarely pull over 960Mbps DL and 300-400Mbps UL

Most of these deals is for existing subscribers. New subscribers usually have to get 300mbps for rm129 or 139.

Not yet, since my last update on 20240711 where TM (03-79647000) called to inform me to wait for appointment, I missed 2 calls from TM last Friday morning cos I was sleeping. Oops. Hope they call again soon.

I think because your order is still not complete, they wanna call and confirm the available time. Order department is most efficient one in whole TM.

they are from official telemarketing, not agent. those special deals are for contract renewal instead of new sign up/port in i guess.
