Anybody on SWU managed to get another SWU? Or there are no extra extra hidden SWU menus, and only need to wait for the periodic free nationwide upgrades?

hi, anyone know how to access into modem login page for the dlink black combo? got blank page via 192.168.0.1. any advice thanks?

Haha. You can't. TM disabled it via Nokia OLT.
There's a guy with a custom firmware that bypass this but he got sent cease and desist letter.

Try:
Unplug your fiber, power cycle your D-Link, access it.
Plug in the fiber after you are done.

ytday i was at unifi store, now hot package is 139 with one basic netfit acc. contract for 24mth, can change to wifi 6 router as well..

else wait unifi tele sale to call u.. normally they have better deal

Try to go to TMPOINT and ask for StayWithUnifi campaign offers. I heard they can give up to 6-month waiver

It's laggy to me when playing online. same as yesterday. It's better after 12pm. bangwall.gif

TM Point offers a 6-month plan, but the price is RM 239 something. It’s not worth taking since I am currently paying less than that. Haha

There is no new router. The contact number is +60 3 7933 2400. However, the telesales from Unifi is very poor trained. They speak very quickly to confuse you into saying “yes” or “ok.” For those whose first language is not English, it’s easy to end up agreeing without fully understanding. The telesales mentioned a 3-month waiver for long-time Unifi users since I was Unifi user for many year but refused to tells about contract extension, which is the potential risk. When I stopped her to ask about contract renewal, she admitted it required a 2-year commitment. She spoke quickly to create the false impression that TM is offering three months free “no need pay 3 months”. When I said I preferred a risk-free and contract-free like now since 3 months not a lot, unless there is 6 month’s waivers then I will take it, she immediately end her talk and call hung up, which felt like a scammer usually did.

i was receive a similar call but is offering a tv.. likes u said, they speak very fast and the background is very noisy.. cant really heard what they said, as i dont need a new tv.. so i reject thier offer, no offer on waiver of monthly fee

My current contract ended on 30 Sept 2024

Best just wait till end first then only decide on how their SWU offer.

Guys....just want to ask any1 have same experience as me....recently TM Unifi just help me upgrade to 1Gbps from 800Mbps with no extra charges (of course bond 2 years again lar)......Then the technician comes & inform need to change new router which I saw is D-Link punya....

Since then....I have encounter frequent auto disconnect issue & sometimes will not auto connect back......I try to manual connect also cannot even though I can detect the SSID is there in my wireless searching....MUST restart router only can reconnect back the internet....This problem already happen >10x since the upgrade data (Around 1mths now).....This Sunday they will send technician to check but I doubt they can detect anything since it's happen randomly and if on the good day, basically cannot detect any abnormal.....

Just wonder any1 encounter same problem & have solution for it....Thx

You are not the first one with this problem, been a lot of other users facing this slowdown and stability problem

Change to the old modem and use your own router should fix it
