QUOTE(Rgwn @ Mar 1 2024, 05:40 PM) Hi guys, need some advise, just relocated my unifi-100mbps plan to my new house (DST). TM offering RM79@100mbps under SWU 4.0 since I said might want to change to different provider. Firstly is 100mbps speed sufficient for DST ? Only two person using..Will need to add netflix as well. Is there any better deal out for internet & netflix ? Last time we could survive with 30mbps for the whole house, I don’t think it will be an issue for 100mbps as long as you don’t depend on the stock router given by TM. |

QUOTE(syncomp @ Mar 5 2024, 04:47 PM) Try to search for second hand account. I've done that on 2022. Place that I search for it including here, Facebook, and carousell. I was searching for it for a month. Everyday I open these three website with the same query to search. Eventually, I found an account with less than a year contract at that time. A normal 100 Mbps account, without any discount or special offer. Patiently paid monthly commitment while seeing others were proudly post their SWU converts. The contract ended exactly when TM launch free upgrade. I went to TMPoint to change to SWU, then voila now 500 Mbps. dunno cant sell account... if know i sell my account...hahahaThat is possible if you're patient and you are willing to go thru the hassle of changing ownership. Many people cannot tahan and simply go apply a new plan instead with a full 24 months contract. But if you can, I'm sure it will reward you well got 100mbps no contract and already upgraded to 300mbps with 129 price... already terminate as i have 800mbps account... |

Does anyone knows how Credit Adjustments work in TM Bills?
For example, I lodged a claim on behalf my father in law for downtime and was given a sum of credit adjustments as they informed me, it shall reflect on the next billing cycle. We also intended to terminate the account thereafter. If the adjustments is becomes overpaid say a few RM hundreds, meaning to say the bill is in overpaid mode, will then if we terminate the account, they will return back the overpaid by cheque / ewallet / how? |

How about those TM Authorised Dealer/ Reseller Outlets? Or this can only be done at TMpoint? May I know how to request for SWU? Can I just approach the staff and tell them that I want to convert SWU? Or need to act like I'm interested in other ISP cheaper plan then only they will counter-offer the SWU? This post has been edited by borgyang: Mar 8 2024, 09:39 PM |

Previously is by cheque to your registered address, but you have to check with them if the same mechanism still applies. QUOTE(borgyang @ Mar 8 2024, 09:38 PM) My contract also just ended. Go to Tmpoint, authorise deeler cannot. Just tell them you want to change to SWU 4.0 plan, you can search this topic to find pricing for each plan.Which TMpoint did you go to convert to SWU?
