Imo 100mbps sufficient for 2 person, can even stream netflix concurrently without any problem. If you still doubt, ask for 300mbps under SWU4.0 which will cost RM119.

I thought telecomunication excluded?

I originally thought the TV pack will kena, just read news luckily tv package with fiber still 6%.

I was using 50mbps before the upgrade. I had no problem streaming Netflix or any other streaming platform. Same here only 2 people in the house. 100mbps is more than enough.

On old time when i still 30mbps, i no problem with 4k on youtube for one pc, just testing as monitor only 1080
So 100mbps 2 user 4k steaming no problem at all,

I limit my TV to 20Mbps, so far not much lagging or buffering on youtube or netflix.

For SWU 4.0, does it still include 6 months bill waiver? My contract just ended, will consider to change if still available.

Few months can't live chat, after login keep saying system down.

Dec time need to walk-in for SWU not sure now can online or not.
Anyhow if cant get 6 months waiver u can always jump ship to Maxshit, if lucky retention team will call and offer u else u wont lose changing to Maxshit.

Still got contract i doubt u can get retainer unless u subscribe to higher speed.

i chat with them via fb messenger a few days ago.. it took me less than 10 minutes to get them to response to my message.. and then, continue with the live chat..

Try to search for second hand account. I've done that on 2022. Place that I search for it including here, Facebook, and carousell. I was searching for it for a month. Everyday I open these three website with the same query to search. Eventually, I found an account with less than a year contract at that time. A normal 100 Mbps account, without any discount or special offer. Patiently paid monthly commitment while seeing others were proudly post their SWU converts. The contract ended exactly when TM launch free upgrade. I went to TMPoint to change to SWU, then voila now 500 Mbps.

That is possible if you're patient and you are willing to go thru the hassle of changing ownership. Many people cannot tahan and simply go apply a new plan instead with a full 24 months contract.
But if you can, I'm sure it will reward you well
