Hi, have a question here. I am using yes5g RM58 + Zyxel 3UK NR5103E (bought at Shopee).
I check my 5g bar always full, but the internet speed always caps around 80-100mbps.
What's the issue?
The seller asked me to buy an antenna, and said it would help, but my 5g bar is already full, so will it help?

*I have done lock band B28 and N78.

All consumer 4G / 5G Internet is private IP (CGNAT) in Malaysia

You couldn't host any server

Used to be able to request for public IP but it's not possible these days

Just now seller replied to me, saying speed is not under their control, and the antenna is helpful only if my 5g coverage is not strong. So no need to buy it.

Internet still can be used, but not syiok. I see others can go to 200-500mbps.

you do speedtest using 2.4ghz or 5ghz wifi or gigabit lan?

Hi there, thinking to buy this router, however I did find some of the user complaining this as well, do you have router suggestion within this budget?

It could be your area's 5G tower is faulty due to misconfig or overloaded.
I found the same issue at my office area where 5G full bar but UMobile speedtest sucks.

Iianm no other 5G router around that budget, unless u want to go for 4G+..

If you swap the sim card to your 5G phone, what kind of speed can you get ? This is the only way to compare and tell if your modem has issue.

My Yeacomm is quite good, easily hit 300 mbps with 5G RSRP at -91dbm.

A bit offtopic but somewhat related - has anyone ever tried the U40 prepaid plan in the 5G Zyxel modem? Does it work?

i have same problem, already return and get better modem. a lot of people have problem with this modem

The modem lock to b28 & n78 stuck in 4G mode only. Speed also max 60mbps down.

The modem is a returned unit that shipped to me because the admin password was already changed and I need to reset. lenkdtal not honest seller, so main tikam only.

Lucky thing Shopee can return.
