I just gotten my U Home 68 bundled with ZTE MC888S and I'm just terrified to be getting this speed, 5G with 2 bars only... Meanwhile on my phone I can get 60Mbps on 4G. Is this really a router issue?  |

You could try move the router next to a window. 5G signal don't penetrate walls easily. It will affect the signal and speed. Hopefully you'll be able to find 5G signal these way even if it's only 2 or 3 bars. Then you can set the router to lock 5G bands so that it would only connect to 5G. |

I have the same issue, I am now requesting to change to Kaon router. Hopefully UM approved my request. |
