Rang 100 and is given one option to upgrade to 100Mbps with a new Unifi box and maintain Ultimate pack for additional RM10 i.e. Rm159 monthly.

Unifi box will be couriered for free, otherwise if TM technician installs it there will be RM80 one time charge in the next bill.

Not worth it unless you really need the Unifi TV.

Reported to TM? They can't solve?

If they can't solve... I don't think anyone else is in better position to solve

If single incident or suddenly I also faced before

Apparently the IP I was connected to can't access unifi.com.my (Funniest thing, unifi own connection is blocked from accessing unifi own official website)
*
Probably some scripting issues, IP DNS custom filter by their server, SSL cert issues or what not.

I did try Live Chat about that, as usual don't expect the CS to know anything. Kick to Second Level and then no more response.

Update: Apparently Firefox works after some tinkering. However UNIFI portal home.unifi.com.my will redirect to selfcare https://selfcare.unifi.com.my/ post authentication with DigitalMe, the default landing page is https://selfcare.unifi.com.my/dashboard
which triggers :-

"Took a wrong turn?

It's ok, we've got you covered.
Let's try these links out and see if they could help you:"

Only these 2 other links works:-
https://selfcare.unifi.com.my/activity
https://selfcare.unifi.com.my/track
Those are to track your requests and complaints. They work, but extremely SLOW loading!

The default landing /Dashboard# will come to an error page, the See Bills also will be an error page since Bills is URL-ed to the same Dashboard sublink.

Another example of how amazing the Flip Flop SubStandard web development skill they can come up with.

Something "interesting" on the installer Job Sheet when my friend had a recent installation done is there is a word VIP status among other data on their app,

VIP Status: Non-VIP.

I guess special 1st tier treatment applies to VIP.

Did anyone received this thru SMS? Got it just now. Am wondering if my current package is Ruby Plus pack(promo) at RM30 per mth, then if I take up their offer... will my ultimate package charged at RM30?

With Ultimate, I hardly watch anything but Disney+ Hotstar is a bonus. Aside, I have Netflix subscription

Astro Fibre is also another option. But knowing Astro, customer services is no better than TM.

Just to trying to workaround which combo will be the cheapest:

100Mbps broadband, Netflix, Disney+ Hotstar. Plus Astro Ria is a nice to have.

Hotstar is 54.9 for 3 month, less than RM20 a month. If that's all you watch, is ultimate worth it at 50 per month?

How come your screenshot shows this another UI way to presentation, with the appended sentences? The one I accessed in the Unifi Portal at home/selfcare.unifi.com.my it shows something like this for a Order Request:-
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

This was supposed to be the same RRB MTU offer processing, it actually stands for Riang Raya something, Migrate To Unifi as you said RM69 Perpetually, however this Request Order was done by an agent who promised the RRB MTU offer to migrate Streamyx (Unifi Lite) to Unifi30mbps RM69 perpetually under this RRB MTU Offer, but the order request was keyed in with another set of plan without customer knowledge which is NOT the RRB MTU 69 perpertual plan.

Basically this order shows that the plan is contracted for 24 months against early termination, with the RM20 discount (RM69) only lasting for 12 months isnt it?

Can anyone elaborate what are those major abbrev in the order?

Normal Pack is RM30/mth, Ultimate Pack is RM60/mth. If you take up Ultimate, additional RM30/mth will be charged. Not really any promotion.

Service Details:-

Plan:
unifi 30Mbps - Exclusive Promo
Tenure:
24 months

Broadband Plan

Commitment Period - 1BB

High Speed Internet - Residential - 30Mbps me

Promo Discount 12 Months

Promo Discount RM20

Wi-Fi (RG)

Wi-Fi (RG) Device Charge

Telephone
Residential Voice Basic - 1BB

Standard Offering Allow All

Voice - Call Line Identification Presentation (CLIP)

Voice - Do Not Disturb

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
This was supposed to be the same RRB MTU offer processing, it actually stands for Riang Raya something, Migrate To Unifi as you said RM69 Perpetually, however this Request Order was done by an agent who promised the RRB MTU offer to migrate Streamyx (Unifi Lite) to Unifi30mbps RM69 perpetually under this RRB MTU Offer, but the order request was keyed in with another set of plan without customer knowledge which is NOT the RRB MTU 69 perpertual plan. Hence it was cancelled and a complaint lodged for the sneaky agent who did this unspeakable conmanship.

Can anyone elaborate what are those major abbrev in the order?
What is 1BB, Wi-Fi (RG) Device Charge, Wi-Fi (RG),
Standard Offering Allow All, Voice - Call Line Identification Presentation (CLIP), Voice - Do Not Disturb.

Basically this ORDER shows that the plan is contracted for 24 months against early termination, with the RM20 discount (RM69) only lasting for 12 months isnt it? This is not RRB MTU RM69 Perpetual at all, correct?

My order was exactly the same, 24 months contract and RM69 for 12 months, that was why i called 100 and Live chat to confirm, both confirmed no contract and RM69 perpetual.

RG - Router Gateway i think

So your Service Request Details that thing which shows the RRB MTU Perpetual with whole lot of appended texts is something you can click near the Order Request to see that? Is it there's a special tab that appears for a while in your case and then the tab disappeared?

It was under My Activites - service request - track ticket (since i Live Chat to reconfirm), for one day only when I clicked the track ticket button, it showed the details, but now, it just showed Closed.
