It depends on what TM gave

Like his case only for 12 months so month #13 already start paying RM89

If like us from old old time with the Perpetual then is no time limit

The other forummer @Pica888 who got Perpetual 69 said his Order Sheet same as mine too with 24 months contract, 12 months promo duration. Just that during his Live Chat they confirmed Perpetual, and his Unifi Portal under Activities showed a series of "logs" showing the exact Promo short code, possibly internal usage jargons, it does say Perpetual 69, but the log disappear shortly after and all he had is the screenshot he took to proof the Perpetual.

Anyone got this form to fill for rm69 perpetual migration?

Apparently some are given this form to sign prior to the perpetual migration.

Name of plan is 100mbps. If the plan was 30mbps it should reflect 30
Refer to attachment.

If it was 30 day trial installer would have said so and I personally confirmed it was 100mbps for life at another TM point.
If it was made known that it was 30mbps@RM89 i would have ask my dad to cancel within 30 days and move to Time fiber.

Pay RM10 more and get 3x the speed.

SWU300mbps the lady gave us new case number, verified IC and said kontrak renew 2 tahun ya. I said OK.
But the unifi plan for that account is still showing Super Value YEP2019 till today. It has been 2 months liao.

Such is the efficiency of TM. Lies and inconsistent behaviour is their operation.
*
SWU300mbps update, TM left the application hanging for 60days, after escalated then finally received call yesterday plan approved and installer will come tomorrow to change router.

Then another call today to ask why I rated them 1 on their after chat survey. Hahahaha

You should be able to set native ipv6 with PD (prefix delegation).

You need to ask the building management to ask TM to install infra in the new apartment

Besides TM, management can also try to ask TIME, Maxis, Allo or YTL to install their infra in the apartment.

Then perhaps gather as many people who want to subscribe Unifi, and submit request to apartment management and Tmpoint.

High rise should fight for TIME but usually, developers already contacted ISP for installation before VP.

Mine is TM though we wished it was TIME...

If TM sent me a letter saying that they will decommissioning their Streamyx cabinet beginning xx date, but I still able to access Internet after xx date has passed means that everything still normal and I just continue to pay the existing bill right?
