Have you or your friends experienced this? so they went to tmpoint to do termination when no more Internet? if no migration to fiber deal given.

Can always walk into Tmpoint and negociate with them. Afterall, why pay the same price for less speed? Others get 30mbps Unifi for RM69 you pay for slow snail Streamyx RM69.

non standardised pricing from tm, some pay 159 or 129 for this package (800M, ultimate, call plan) as well

Most of them were old users before the Unifi Turbo program. Each promo offered are different.

I was from 30mbps to 100mbps but that's it 😭

Those on 800mbps at 179/189 really untung besar

1. Subscribed to 30Mb/s @ RM179
2. Upgraded to 50Mb/s at no extra charge but renewed contract
3. Upgraded to 100Mb/s with Ultimate Package at an extra RM10 for a total RM189 with renewed contract again
4. Turbo upgrade to 800Mb/s until now

Been tried to restart router, use vpn, private browsing all same

And I pay 200 thereabout WITHOUT ultimate pack.

Walk in to TM point, ask the CS about SWU promo. Ask what is the 300mbps price under SWU (without call, without STB/hypptv). If lucky you can get the RM129/300Mbps that some of us here have. No harm.

Thanks for the tips. I chat with their CS just now online and they only offer me 159 300mbps + mesh WiFi. But I don't want the mesh WiFi since planning to buy Asus XT8.

I noticed it. My 800Mbps became 15Mbps.. After restarted the router, the speed came back to normal.
