Did you ask TM contractor to do it? They won't because scare damage your plastic ceiling since they are not pro in renovation. They just drill hole and will be ugly for you to accept. After that, you can't complaint much. That's why like my one.....when upgrade was told no more free call available. All the interface in the app is same. Either all 300mpbs RM129 is free call given or selective. If want o upgrade with same price then only tm point can offer SWU package. No other option currently awake. Heard many complaint about Maxis fibre but still many dont listen and want to jump over to Maxis. After jumped, complaint start. What's point. Red light may not due to modem but broadband cable loosen. How long you use your broadband?
