Sometimes but not these two days.
Make sure your VPN is off or set to Malaysia server, I notice if VPN set to other contries, it couldn't login.

Mine no contract, RM69 Perpertual, retained old tel# BUT was charged RM66 for "Alat tidak dikembalikan" for the TM phone, filed a complaint and waiting for the resolution.

No, never asked, I only realised when received the bill. The phone number is still in use, I was not terminated the phone service, but migrated/upgraded from DEL to Unifi VOBB.
Worst case i would just return the phone to get refund and buy phone from Shopee, RM66 can get a much decent phone than those corded phone provided by TM.
I callled 100 to confirm and further lviechat with customer service and screenshot the confirmation, both confirmed no contract and RM69 perpetual, it was under RRB MTU Campaign No Contract, Unifi 30Mbps -Exclusive Promo RM69 (Perpetual)

Yes, but I didnt confirm on the spot, afraid it was a scam, but later I call back the number, it couldn't get through, so I call 100 instead and they comfirm it was not a scam.
Sorry, I have no idea what RRB MTU meant, must be thier campaign code.
You call 100, then press 4 to ask for the upgrade.

Yes, got new ID and kept the old phone #, so I am paying RM89 for 30Mbps with free 600 minutes calls.
The account number is new, starts with 10xxxxxxxx, old account D9xxxxxxxxxxx terminated.

Is that viewable on your Unifi Portal Account or they print your Order  and shows this?

It was shown on service request details after the Live chat to confirm whether it was RM69 perpetual & no contract, but only for a day, after that the details not shown.

This was supposed to be the same RRB MTU offer processing, it actually stands for Riang Raya something, Migrate To Unifi as you said RM69 Perpetually, however this Request Order was done by an agent who promised the RRB MTU offer to migrate Streamyx (Unifi Lite) to Unifi30mbps RM69 perpetually under this RRB MTU Offer, but the order request was keyed in with another set of plan without customer knowledge which is NOT the RRB MTU 69 perpertual plan. Hence it was cancelled and a complaint lodged for the sneaky agent who did this unspeakable conmanship.

Can anyone elaborate what are those major abbrev in the order?
What is 1BB, Wi-Fi (RG) Device Charge, Wi-Fi (RG),
Standard Offering Allow All, Voice - Call Line Identification Presentation (CLIP), Voice - Do Not Disturb.

Basically this ORDER shows that the plan is contracted for 24 months against early termination, with the RM20 discount (RM69) only lasting for 12 months isnt it? This is not RRB MTU RM69 Perpetual at all, correct?

My order was exactly the same, 24 months contract and RM69 for 12 months, that was why i called 100 and Live chat to confirm, both confirmed no contract and RM69 perpetual.

It was under My Activites - service request - track ticket (since i Live Chat to reconfirm), for one day only when I clicked the track ticket button, it showed the details, but now, it just showed Closed.

Mine was and My neighbour just did 2 days ago, just call 100 and select option 4, tell them you want the 30Mbps RM69 perpetual package.

same with my case, just call 100 to reconfirm, they probably just ask you to ignore it. I confirmed mine 3 times, it was RM69 perpetual no contract.
