just upgraded to swu 3.0 300mbps and i got dlink ax3000. got few question.

1. why the 2.4ghz performance so weak compared to my previous tplink ac1200? download only aroud 50++ mbps. still have few old device running on 2.4ghz. no problem on 5ghz and new device.
2. how to set dns on the router.

I got the info by reading the last 10 page.
Base from i read most of the forumer get the SWU 3.0 via call.
Correction: base on forumer only can get SWU3.0 via TM Point
SWU = STAY With Unifi [Special plan]

Anyway i went to TM point during lunch time just now.
Base on the Kakak in the counter who attended my case.

My Current plan : unifi 50Mbps (pay net monthly RM104.95) expired May 2024
Offer that I request : SWU 3.0 - 300 mbps for RM119 with 2 MESH router, wave first 6 month payment and first year 500mbps speed

I mention to her i did not get any call, and heard about the special plan from friend.


Due to my plan not yet reach maturity month, kakak mention not able to directly update the plan.
She get my IC and my thumbprint and proceed to help me to raise a ticket to HQ.

So what i need to do now is wait as she mention will call me back when there is respond.
Cross my finger hope to hear good news.

My account is finally upgraded to swu 3.0. It free speed upgrade to 500mbps, but when I do speedtest, it have 500mbps. But when I use it on download, the speed is teribble. I download game in Steam, it around 100mbps -200mbps only. When I use Epic to download, it get better, i have 450mbps. Is this normally or I should complaint to 100?

has anyone successfully tried SWU via call ? or die die must go outlet.

TM give me 2 Ax3000 router , is it a good router?

Bro, i have the same question as you. I used to use AC1200 router, and any device that I use I can get the 100mpbs max speed. But now after the AX3000 router, I download game in Steam but I reach 200mbps. but when I do speedtest, it can get 500mbps

Set the 2.4GHz bandwidth to 40MHz

chances of getting swu via call is i think less than 5 percent

"most of the forumer get the SWU 3.0 via call"? You must read wrongly. SWU only offered by TM Point. Lucky you went to TM Point and yes if still got contract will subject for approval. Anyway your plan "seems" like upgrading to higher speed. There is chance to get approve. Just sit and wait.

Try on TM speed test website. As far as I know, if on their site u can get full speed, they will lepas tangan edi

speedtest I got 500mbps. But when I use , or download it dont get 500mbps. Only 200-300mbps

There's such a thing as bandwidth limitation (or cap) on download server side. 200-300 mbps is very fast di in general for a single connection.

Is it the problem of router? Or the line problem? Today is the first day I upgrade to 500mbps

Yes , installer come and install , they gave me 2 Dlink AX3000. But I just install 1 only. I use cable on my computer, I download steam game using computyer cable, but the speed is slow. I use iphone 13 pro max sometime 500mbps, sometime 400++
