It's definitely slow tonight. I'm only getting 100Kb/s over a 800Mb/s package on Steam doh.gif

I am thinking to get but not sure will affect/change my current package or just add RM89 on monthly bill for two years.
RM89 x 24 months = RM2136
More or less the same price in Shopee

Good deal. At least they're not making any profits on this. If it were priced any higher, I'd avoid it for sure but this is definitely a good deal
The laptop? Not so much

That is what I am thinking, an extra TV, why not?
Sadly, no built-in Android TV which is a huge turn-off
If they pick any other TV with built-in Android TV, I would take this no question asked laugh.gif

wifi6 router is what model?
Does it matter?
No ISP is going to give you a good and reliable router anyway

Even Time gives crappy routers if you're not willing to pay extras

Rather they can intro 1gbps at RM199, same like Time.
Don't hold your breath
Right now they are charging RM349 for new registration of 800Mb/s

I'm lucky I fought with TM during the Turbo era to get my speed from 100Mb/s to 800Mb/s @ RM189

My plan is to used the ethernet backhaul for both mesh
You have to test this out by yourself
Move the mesh around the house and find the best place to install it

From there, you can decide where to install the Ethernet ports

I'm new to Unifi and plan to use my own router.
I get the Unifi and password from 100 thru SMS and try key-in on own router, it never connector to internet while the Unifi stock router no issue for that. Need any special setting or to unlock for own router?
State the brand and model of your router

1) Asus RT-AX56U AX1800 (main)
Go into the ASUS router setings > LAN > IPTV > Select ISP Profile > UniFi Home or UniFi Business (if you don't use the HyppTV at all) > Click Apply then the router will reboot

Or just refer to the screenshot below

It's a D-link router with 4 antennas..should be the stock router. The router has been changed previously when I switched from Maxis to Unifi.

I've tried restarting router and all my devices but the issue remains.
Have you tried connecting the laptops to your mobile hotspot (handphone)?
If the laptops can connect to the hotspot, then it's the router's issue
If the laptops cannot connect to the hotspot, then it's the laptop's issue

isit worth it?
No. Just continue using without any renewal
Who knows if one day suddenly Time Fiber comes to your place and you're stuck with the current contract you have with UniFi

I get the same package 800Mb/s all channels & unlimited calls @ RM189 & I would not renew my contract whatsoever unless UniFi makes a huge improvement on their package such as symmetrical speed for both download & upload

TVBAnywhere+ can't access too just now. I thought is TVB server problem. Restart rounter & my Nvidia Shield TV also the same. After half hour, now can access....
Fixed the issue by enabling IPv6 just now

Disabled IPv6 after 15 minutes enabling it and it looks like everything is working again
Probably just a short term error from TM
