Credit Limit is usually 2.x times the monthly bill.
Thank you for your continuous support towards TM’s products and services.

We wish to inform that your account has been assigned with A NEW CREDIT LIMIT to suit your communications needs.

In line with this new Credit Limit implementation, the following actions will be carried out on your account:

1. Credit Limit Notification will be sent out via SMS & Email once your usage reaches or exceeds 80% and 100% of your Credit Limit

2. Credit Limit Suspension will be imposed when your usage reaches or exceeds 100% of your Credit Limit

3. Upon suspension, Credit Limit Notification will be sent out to inform that your services have been suspended
*
From what I know, that credit limit - I think it's shown in the Unifi bill just below the date - is not for the monthly Unifi subscription charges. It's more for usage charges like phone calls or PlayTV VOD.

I remember a few years back when my account was suspended, the amount past due for 1.5 months was still below my credit limit.

Can I suggest?
for you to disable all IPv6-related configuration, let it rest for a day or two, then re-enable.

or, export settings into a file, reset router to factory, start reconfigure from scratch.

I already use my provided router and my backup router, still the same.

When a legacy Streamyx service goes into discontinuation, does having an active account that is yet to change to fibre account allows the said account to sit dormant? as i understand the payment is always forward 2 months, in case of no longer anymore service it rebated back, so will this pay forward rebate cycle persist forever as long as the account is active but no service rendered?

I also noticed that under rebate for no service, any paid bills that are rebated back are only taking into consideration the monthly charge (not the imposed GST/SST), does this mean that any paid Gst will no longer be able to redeem back?

Anyone know what the tmuser account does on the EX3220-T0 router? The admin account is the one normally use to login and setup router after reset router but tmuser account idk come from where? or this is for TM diagnostic purpose?

also this feature is nice although I guess almost all modern routers have it or better implementation, normally I thought people use phone app or laptop/pc to scan wifi channels

Something wrong with the local routing today? I noticed most of the local websites been routed to ams-ix.as13335.net
*
yup, there is IPv4 routing issue. Some local network traffic been routed to ams / Amsterdam Internet Exchange? doh.gif So may experience slow response when surfing some local website or content hosted in CDN.

Cloudflare also show that I am connected to AMS data centre with unifi and the latency is around 200 when ping to 1.1.1.1, so for those who use cloudflare DNS service may experience some delay in resolving domain name. google IPv4 / IPv6 & lowyat IPv6 is not affected.

Yes, Cloudflare KUL datacenter currently in maintenance/re-routed state.
Some of the Cloudflare site might end up in AMS for IPv4.
But thanks for IPv6, some Cloudflare sites is re-routed to nearer SIN which have better latency.
Kindly enable IPv6 for better performance.
Should back to normal when KUL end it's maintenance.

Same. Cloudflare DNS often down although they provide better privacy compared to Google DNS.

Worth or not depends on your needs and usage. If 100mbps is not fast enough for your current usage (e.g. many concurrent streaming on multiple devices, etc) and you already have plan to upgrade to 300mbps, then you save around RM40/month compared to the normal 300mbps plan (RM199/mth).

If 100mbps is not bottlenecking you, then you can just save the money?

Seems like your previous pppoe session is stuck. Either that or someone else is using your login.

If the former, just call TM to reset.

My 'free' wifi6 router arrived. Got DLink.
Haven't got chance to install yet.
Read the manual, auto configure.. just plug in power, WAN..
Will get new unifi login password from sms.

Thank for your advice, i think i will just stick to 100mbps. Actually I just wanted the wifi-enable hyytv plus box. The CS told me it is 20/month for 24 monthns.
