Just curious, how long from due date was your acc suspended? I think TM's automated all that now so reinstatement is also very fast.

I mean the ipv6 address. Still the same address on your phone? What is it now? And what is the ipv6 address on the router?

Did you try disabling prefix delegation?

Prefix delegation: Enabled is the correct setting.

See the IPv6 LAN address? The first 4 groups of numbers ending in 8AD4 is the IPv6 prefix. Your phones and PCs should also have the same prefix. They get it from the router. Your previous screenshots showed that they had a different prefix which is why you don't IPv6 connectivity.

What is the IPv6 address on your phone now?

Change Get IPv6 Address to Auto or DHCPv6. Maybe someone with a TPLink router can confirm this.

The ipv6 prefix still different.

My devices got the 447B ipv6 address. Rather than 447A. I think TM messed up with the configuration because before this all working well.

Weird, like your router is getting a /56 from TM. Your's is business account or residential?

What's your setting for Advanced:Get IPv6 Address for the above screenshot? Try Auto and/or DHCPv6. On my Mikrotik router, I use DHCPv6 to get the prefix from TM.

my account had been suspended couple of times in the past due to late payment, just one month behind.

despite the credit limit around RM800, the overdue amount is less than RM200. they still suspended my account for late payment.

Normal because u still dun have IPV6 address. the row above temporary IPV6by right should have a row for IPV6 address
Did u try maintaining the setting and restart everything from modem, router to pc.
Need to resort to dumb method ald cuz I never see this problem before.
another thing right click ur adapter go to properties check if IPV6 is enabled.

Can I suggest?
for you to disable all IPv6-related configuration, let it rest for a day or two, then re-enable.

or, export settings into a file, reset router to factory, start reconfigure from scratch.

Sorry man, no idea what's going on. I dunno why the prefix (from your router's screenshot) is different for the router's IPv6 and advertised LAN IPv6. And why the IPv6 prefix received by your devices is also different?

This is what I have in mine.
user posted image

For this example:
2001:e68:5428:3ba6::/64 is the prefix I recv from TM via DHCPv6
2001:e68:5428:3ba6::1/64 is my router's IPv6 address
2001:e68:5428:3ba6::/64 is the prefix advertised to my LAN

My devices will get, for example, my Mac mini:
% ifconfig en0 | grep 2001
inet6 2001:e68:5428:3ba6:18d6:b4b2:cb7d:f57d prefixlen 64 autoconf secured
inet6 2001:e68:5428:3ba6:f020:760a:6927:aa1 prefixlen 64 autoconf temporary

my PC:
> netsh interface ipv6 show addresses | findstr 2001
Temporary Preferred 6d23h48m47s 23h48m37s 2001:e68:5428:3ba6:29b5:45aa:3bd3:f632
Public Preferred 29d23h56m59s 6d23h56m59s 2001:e68:5428:3ba6:bca5:11ce:8c78:28c4

You can see that the prefix 2001:e68:5428:3ba6 is consistent.

For IPv6 LAN, SLAAC+Stateless DHCP is the correct setting for TPLink.

One more thing, ensure that your PPPoE client is requesting prefix and not address. Not sure if there's such a setting in TPLink.
