he showed me a 2-digit number with 2 in front, IIRC.

i can't remeber with certainty of "negative".

My installer told me the installation should not be considered as successful if the reading is below/exceed certain number. I also cannot recall what number is that. Your installer won’t allow you to take photo of the reading, does this mean you reading is not within the acceptable range but he proceed also with installation ? Perhaps you can check with Telekom hotline on this.

Please dont confuse modem and router

anyways, tplink ax or asus ax series are good choices
(tplink ax23, asus rt-ax56u)

Yup, my AX11000 mesh wth XT8 so far had been performing very well, covering all the corners of the house.

Most of the time, my IP is 42.190.x.x. So far speed is ok, consistent 800mbps.

Same here. Been using 800Mb/s @ RM189 per month for years. I asked them if you upgrade to 2Gb/s but still maintain the same price as what I'm paying now, sure thing
But ofcourse not LOL
*
Mine RM210 after tax for 800mbps, average usage about 500gb per month of download. But seriously with this package, i reeally enjoy the no wait buffer time for streaming 4k videos from Youtube. Downloading huge PS5 digital contents also is so much faster!!

Any 800mbps users already got their free upgrade to 2GBPS?
According to my reliable source from TM, unifi has already started upgrading 800mbps users to 2GBPS at no cost.
*
Me on 800mbps, still waiting for (if there is any) free upgrade. Anyway i guess i won't see much difference due to the ONU given by TM for the upgrade and i just don't feel like configuring 3rd party ONU. Anyway will wait and see la...

TM play tricks

they bundle UnifiTV, they can claims the fiber/broadband is following MSAP already sweat.gif
as for business, dont see how soon they can lower the price instead giving higher speed, and looks cheaper
*
Yea TM had been doing this force Unifi tv bundling since ages. Myself forced paying rm30 to this crappy unifi tv package since long ago.
