its 4% p.a after compounding daily. so the daily is less than 4%

not like rize where it is 4% daily interest instead of p.a

Since when Rize offer 4% daily interest 🤦‍♀️

The only difference in the calculation is one calculates based on full year fulfillment while the other calculate based on division by days

If I am not mistaken, the e-mails are:

- e-mail confirming the submission of the deposit or withdrawal.

- e-mail stating the confirmation of the deposit or withdrawal.

- e-mail containing monthly KDI account statement.


Are there any other e-mails from digitalinvesting@kenanga.com.my?

That list of e-mails is just my guess.

I myself have never received any e-mail from digitalinvesting@kenanga.com.my at all, ever since my account was opened.

Post 2429 to 2436 indicated that some users here did not receive e-mails, which may be the same issue I am currently facing now.

Kdi used to be sending emails all the time until about 4 months ago. Then after that, emails stopped working for about 6 weeks. Then it started working intermittenly until last month.

I think as long as we can log in to our accounts 24/7 and able to deposit/withdraw funds, we should be ok. For me emails are not important.

When i withdraw funds from my Aust accounts in Australia, i always get an email straight after my request for funds. Never much any problems with my accounts in Aust - money always in without any fanfare. I have more confidence with my Aust accounts so i rather leave the bulk of my retirement funds in Sydney

I do understand your point of view.


Yes, the most important things are that we can access our money is in KDI, can perform deposit and withdrawal, as well as 4% effective annual rate is given for KDI Save.


The submission and confirmation e-mails are mentioned in KDI FAQ website, so I am asking to receive the e-mails, as stated in the FAQ.


And yet, KDI CS still insists that the root cause of missing e-mails is my e-mail account, even though the issue also affects some users here as well.


Well, I just have to live with the issue as it is, as long as 4% effective annual rate is maintained for KDI Save.

The root cause is not on your end but on KDI email server 🤦‍♀️ that is why missing email for a while

What you can do is update and reupdate the email address and see whether it works or not as it works for me once I done that

In 'My Profile' in https://app.digitalinvesting.com.my/user-login, I am unable to change my e-mail address, as the entry is greyed out. And, I do not use KDI app.


So, how do you change your e-mail address in your profile?

Anyone having issue logging in KDI account? I tried but it shows password incorrect then I reset also the same thing.
