I plan to open an account in Kenanga Digital Investing. 1) Am I allowed to use just KDI Save, without making any investment at all in KDI Invest? My intention is to treat KDI Save as Money Market Fund. And, I have no intention to invest in Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) portfolio. 2) Is it possible to perform all functions, such as deposit and withdrawal via KDI Web Portal ( https://app.digitalinvesting.com.my/user-login)? In other words, Kenanga Digital Investing mobile app is not required at all. Thank you for your information.

1) Although Versa Cash offers higher interest rate of 4.3%, the issue is that Versa does not have a web portal that can be used by Versa customers. As such, I prefer to use KDI Save. 2) QUOTE According to KDI CS, it is a short-term deposit that works similar to FD, they are able to guarantee the return rate but they typically do not reveal further info on the placement itself. It is with Kenanga Treasury. QUOTE https://digitalinvesting.com.my/save/KDI Save offers a hassle-free cash management solution with daily returns and no fees. All funds are placed in a portfolio of high-quality Ringgit-based money market and/or fixed income financial instruments. Is anyone here quite satisfied that our money kept in KDI Save is generally safe?

For fund withdrawal from KDI Save, which bank is used by Kenanga Digital Investing, to deposit the fund into our savings account?
Thank you.

Let's assume that my balance in KDI Save on 1 December 2023 is RM 300. On 3 December 2023, I withdraw RM 100 from KDI Save. Since 3 December 2023 is Sunday, the withdrawal will be processed and the money will be credited into my savings account on 4 December 2023 (Monday), which is the next working day. On 3 December 2023, is that RM 100 still entitled for the daily interest of 4% pa, since the money has not yet been withdrawn from KDI Save on that day? Thank you. For KDI account holders, what are the e-mails that are received from digitalinvesting@kenanga.com.my? If I am not mistaken, the e-mails are: - e-mail confirming the submission of the deposit or withdrawal. - e-mail stating the confirmation of the deposit or withdrawal. - e-mail containing monthly KDI account statement. Are there any other e-mails from digitalinvesting@kenanga.com.my? Thank you for your information.

QUOTE(chong6998 @ Dec 14 2023, 11:19 AM) i didnt receive this, did u call or do setting ? - e-mail containing monthly KDI account statement. That list of e-mails is just my guess. I myself have never received any e-mail from digitalinvesting@kenanga.com.my at all, ever since my account was opened. https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/5243436/+2420Post 2429 to 2436 indicated that some users here did not receive e-mails, which may be the same issue I am currently facing now.

GarysydneyI do understand your point of view. Yes, the most important things are that we can access our money is in KDI, can perform deposit and withdrawal, as well as 4% effective annual rate is given for KDI Save. The submission and confirmation e-mails are mentioned in KDI FAQ website, so I am asking to receive the e-mails, as stated in the FAQ. And yet, KDI CS still insists that the root cause of missing e-mails is my e-mail account, even though the issue also affects some users here as well. Well, I just have to live with the issue as it is, as long as 4% effective annual rate is maintained for KDI Save. This post has been edited by kart: Dec 15 2023, 02:26 PM

In 'My Profile' in https://app.digitalinvesting.com.my/user-login, I am unable to change my e-mail address, as the entry is greyed out. And, I do not use KDI app. So, how do you change your e-mail address in your profile?

It seems that the fund withdrawn from KDI Save is remitted from Citibank, via Interbank GIRO.
As such, which bank should we choose as our nominated savings account, so that we can quickly receive the fund withdrawn from KDI Save, on the same day that withdrawal request is made?
Perhaps UOB Bank (which acquired Citibank's consumer banking franchise in 2022)?

QUOTE(1mr3tard3d @ Aug 6 2025, 11:25 PM) surprisingly, July 2025 statement is available Yes, that is correct. July 2025 statement is already available, while June 2025 statement is still missing. It is very weird. After I sent an e-mail to KDI CS, KDI claimed that June 2025 statement should be available around 4 August 2025. However, today is 7 August 2025, and we still cannot download June 2025 statement.
