Finally, I have bought my first Protein supplement and Creatine supplement after 2-2.5 years not using any supplement.
I recently acquired the following supplements: 1. ONS 100% Whey Gold Vanilla 5lbs 2. UN Creatine Powder 500g 3. EGO Mixboy Shaker (I lost my Aussie one long time ago) Cheers |

Finally tried CN Cocoa Mochachinno recently and also Tropical Punch flavour today. VERDICT: Cocoa Mochachinno is the best tasting whey so far.. to me at least.

Oh yeah...Tropical Punch tasted orangey/pineapplish... All based on mixing with water only....so cocoa mochachinno really does taste fantastic even with water... It's almost like milo kau..

hey ppl, i have a quest here, any lactose free whey that u guys can suggest? i m currently taking ONS choco iso whey and it is not very pleasant after taking it, i get bloated and lots of "gas". My ONS gona finish so gona get a lactose free whey. any good suggestion??
